This one has been "in the cards" since I first did movie breakdowns years ago, but I held off because the pickup scenes just weren't "pickup" scenes. However, I think focusing on Hank's attractive behavior in general gives an amazing video. Hopefully you'll agree...

Game is quite a fancy word but it's true women want a man who know how to talk. Some guys are still under the false impression that women just want looks and money but if you studied enough of the psychology of female attraction, you know that's not true at all.

Thank you thank you thank you!!! This is my favorite tv show of all time. I'm even writing an essay on this show, and an entire section is dedicated to Hank's "seduction" style being a misnomer. In most media, if a male character sleeps with many women he's either a player or a lady's man: Hank is the latter. His personality and lifestyle is conducive to hooking up with women but he rarely is ever being the pursuer.
Some other seductions to break down i would like to see are his teaching assistant from season 3, and Faith from season 6. Take it easy Todd!

Some hookups in the show are straight up ridiculous, like the woman in Season 1 who gives him her number at a stop light, or when (during a montage at the end of Season 4) he bangs the actress playing his long time girlfriend in on the set of the filming of his book.
But a smooth and valuable guy like Hank will naturally have women throwing themselves at him. He’s definitely a good model for guys of how to go about life and attract a ton of female attention without doing all that much.

This is gold because its true even when sliced and diced into bits like this: High value assholes do often have high risk tolerance and not necessarily bc they're "out of control jerks"; it's bc of their abundance mindset or schema that was ingrained into them when they were growing up, ot something they developed later, whatever the case...its fun to watch the difference between a dude who has a lot of the secret sauce and another who doesn't have a clue and it's sad bc you know they're probably a "hard case".

Question for Todd and anybody who reads. Is it possible to become that competent, sexual male in your late 20s?
A bit of context, I come from an upbringing where sex was not taught as a natural fact, but rather seen as a luxury (my parents being both very insecure, only really had 2 partners each). Also in education I never had that pressure/stimulation because I was always peered with the more naive kids. TLDR: I'm not a natural when it comes to seduction or being sexual. I do have an n-count but obviously short, and only had one real long-term gf.
This year I decided I want to become my best version, I've started working out and learning to be more playful in general. I'm not giving up but at times it feels like what it's actually like: I'm years behind the curve. In this regard, is it possible to be that late boomer and actually make it work? Has anybody done this successfully?

It’s a effin show and those women were written to respond that way. Damn guys can you really be this gullible. To think this guy has something to teach you based off watching the writing of others. Some desperate men on here. Hey why don’t you all just try and be yourselves. Women will respond to that so much more than you trying to act like Hank Moody!!

Hey Todd, for the last scene, when did he create *Tension* ?.. He also hasn’t shown any interest in the last girl so how he isn’t friendzoned

    C'mon man. LBH/tbh, she is:
    1. Young; 2. Pretty; 3. Black; 4. Endowed immensely; All adds up to....well....ask Mick Jagger.
    And he is:
    1. -------- 4. Always, ALWAYS, "on the make." And when it comes to numbers (i.e., numbers-game), he's going to get some hits (singles; doubles; triples; HR's)

Telling that Hank Moody has bad game realy turned me off on this video. I mean he is litteraly the god! Not only game wise but he DOES have high value in every meaning of the words

Hey Todd would you be able to do a prank approach breakdown from like the daily drop out stuff like that where it’s daytime and they joke hard then even kiss the girl. I get it’s mostly confidence /playfulness but I’m curious how you’d break it down. I’d love to make approaches where I could bust out laughing myself from something I said or even how she reacts and still escalate things

are we seriously looking at a SCRIPTED fictional scene, and taking it as an example how to hit on women? not to mention spilling a drink on them? ....and of course, in reality what's the % this woman would be single AND looking?
