as a romanian, seeing these type of videos makes me so proud and happy, especially when people actually do proper research about Vlad. also this is one of, if not THE best video i’ve seen about the castle. from the evidence captured, to how the guys themselves reacted and were respectful to everyone, everything was incredible. as a romanian tho, i would like to add a bit of my imput as well. i know this comment is late, but since i just saw the video, i'll still post it for anyone who might be interested if they're still watching now. there is a known story that i would like to tell, that i feel does a great job at summarizing how well he actually protected and ruled the country. at that time, if you weren’t a theif, murderer, or rapist, you basically had nothing to fear. it’s said that he came to Brașov and left a golden cup in the middle of the town center to see if anyone would steal it. no one did, because they wouldn’t dare. they knew it was illegal and they would end up being punished. he made the country safe for everyone, he wasn’t a maniac, he just wanted to protect it from invading forces, but also protect the country from its own people that would drag it down by murdering and plundering. (it was basically a military order in central europe, nothing more, nothing supernatural or scary about it. it was based on christian values and their purpose was defending said values from the “ottoman threat”). yes, over time the meaning changed. that’s because medieval times, romania was heavily influenced by slavic people, but in the 19th century romanians wanted to erase as much of those foreign influences as possible as return to their “roots” basically (by that i mean latin) which is why “drac” now means devil, or demon, because that’s what it means in latin. also about Bran Castle, there is no actual historical evidence about Vlad ever being imprisoned here, or even actually passing by the castle, romanians just run with it now just because it's profitable, touristically speaking. most people believe he lived there and it's "Dracula's Castle", so why would anyone try to contradict them when they can make so much money off tourists? also Bram Stoker himself never said that Bran was Dracula's castle. he located the Count's castle somewhere in Tihuța Pass (or Bârgăului Pass), near Bistrița, which is entirely fiction, because there are no castles there. people think it's the Bran Castle because it's the only castle that somewhat fits the description from the novel. but while Vlad himself might have no connection to the castle, it was definetly an important castle with a huge huge history. sorry, i went on a bit of a tangent here, but since you said you like learning about these things, i thought you wouldn't mind. he made the country safe for everyone.

The part where Corey and Corbin asked if the spirit liked talking to them, and it confirmed, was so heartbreaking. I think Corey was right that the soul was stuck there.
The actual pain I felt with Corey and Corbin is heartbreaking. I could feel Corey's sadness seeping though the video. Just the thought of knowing this man is enjoying talking to them, as he's stuck on a torture device and having to leave him all alone, stuck to that device everyday would shatter my soul. I'm glad they were able to communicate with him and hopefully make his day a little better. And that's he's not stuck in a loop and will remember that
He is NOT stuck on the device, as Corey statement is incorrect. The soul floats free when a body dies. When Corey made that statement, the door then opened, showing Corey that the spirit was free to move about. Due to a higher Demon, (Vlad, himself?) the tortured souls are stuck there, but they are not attached to the devices they died on.

There is 1 major EVIL in that Castle who is, for lack of a better word, is an overlord, of the souls there. They are his. Unless there was an exorcism performed to release these souls, they will stay locked in this residual haunt forever.

I always believed but I know 1000% now because I was in my room one night and got four claw marks on my chest out of nowhere didn’t even know till I felt burning on my chest looked down and saw a claw mark it burned for a few minutes

I love how much they've grown as investigators. You can tell how comfortable they are with their methods and don't run when they're scared. I truly think you guys catch the best paranormal evidence that I've seen (Josh, too). They are practical and so real, you can tell they are being honest about their experiences
And yet they are not acting as grown-up human beings. They are also being cocky sometimes, taunting the souls of the past. What makes me disappointed is they also brought Josh to the scene. There's videos by Huff Paranormal and Hope Paranormal and so many more, that explain this. They're opinion after the years and years of research and experience, but I tend to agree. I think josh casually being in shorts and t-shirt is and underrated scary thing about this video. If they recorded this in august or september, at night it's freezing cold in Bran, and he is just sitting there menacingly like it's nothing
I love how watching all of these, you can see Elton’s gradual shift from complete non believer to believer. In the early days, he would do whatever he could to antagonize and get things to happen. And now, he is so serious and all in on the investigations. Absolutely love it

The interaction between the spirit in the torture room, Corey and Corbin was so sweet and I literally started crying when they were saying goodbye. I think that the spirit is definitely trapped there and probably wants to pass over to whatever comes after for it. I honestly think this is my favourite paranormal video ever.

The dybbuk box demon is not letting Elton go! I’ve said this countless times, ever since he opened the dybbuk box he’s been getting “devil” in spirit box sessions, he’s had his name and “evil” spoken. I do believe he has something attached to him and it’s only getting stronger
Yeah there's quite a few investigations now where something has followed him specifically, him being alone in the cellars one of the last couple videos really shows this. When they asked if it was an adult and got no response, never trust a child spirit. More often than not that's evi.

HI..Just want you to know, when the Dybbuk box was used, Elton said later, it was a FAKE!!! It was NOT real !! So nothing is following him, as he stated in Corvin Castle he tested all the devices in his house and NOTHING went off. If he was haunted, and something had followed him, then his home would be haunted. So, really, there is nothing to be worried about with him..Corey on the other hand, I am totally concerned for..
I thought Corey’s reaction to saying goodbye to the spirit very touching…I too felt very sad for this restless soul and hope he’ll be free one day. I really appreciated Corey saying those words of comfort to him. I always appreciate how respectful the Cors are in their approach to ghost hunting
theory: what if the spirit in the torture room only went off when Corey and Corbin were in it because it sees itself as them and is more comfortable. Like maybe the same age. They look younger and Josh and Elton look older. What if a younger guy was killed and wanted company and felt more comfortable with them. Just a complete late night thought

As a ghost hunter myself, it really do be like this. You get a lot of evidence and then it just stops. It's like they wear out or get bored or something. Usually I just get a feeling like "We're done" and then I just wanna sit and obsess over what we got for hours even if it all lasted like two minutes. I have yet to get the cool experiences that these guys have, but I've had full actual conversations via ghost apps and spirit box and straight up had jokes that the spirits responded to with laughing. My team just armed ourselves with more equipment. We have yet to use our new equipment, but we're excited! There's so many people who enter this so I'm probably just gonna get lost, but if I did win, I've got all sorts of ideas of places we could go in my area!!
I think my favorite part is when Corbin and Evan had the misunderstanding about who should open the door!!! Please bring back reacting to the videos!!!! I would love to see the two groups reacting to each other’s experiences!!!

When Elton and josh were in the bedroom and Elton said “I apologize if we shouldn’t be in your bedroom.. so if youd like us to move to another room you can show us the way through one of our devices.. and we will gladly relocate”.. then abt 15 seconds go by and the music box goes off faintly in the other room. They didn’t seem to tie it together in the moment but I think she was responding to exactly what you just asked and she was trying to lead you out of her room!
When Elton said “it looks like it emerged from hell” I was caught off guard. All these different locations, this channel shows me people who’ve first been there, feels like a dream. Or a nightmare. Or both!

I really feel like there's some kind of entity attached to elton. Like it all makes sense with the rempod near the well and when corey and corbin heard elton's name in the audio playback in this video and how he felt SO drained by the end of this, and not to mention, I dont think these guys closed the veil they opened to the other world with Patty in the Queen Mary or Cecil hotel video and elton was also the one to open the dybbuk box in the cecil hotel. The spirits are so responsive to every question he asks too. whatever entity that might be attached could honestly have been latched onto him for so long.
This is definitely one of the most active videos, I wish there was a compilation of the best shots of the evidence at the ends of the videos, to kind of like wrap everything up visually.

It's kinda strange to me how the side Elton and Josh were investigating the doors were mostly shutting, but the side Corbin and Corey were investigating the door was mostly only opening
It's called air pressure. When one opens a door, the air force travels through the building and closes another and vice versa. Also the reason corey kept going on about feeling a breeze. None of that was spirits, nor strange. Basic science.

I grew up in a haunted house, and have been able to connect with certain things since then. What if the spirit trapped in one of the torture machines didn’t like talking to Elton and Josh because Elton is similar looking to Vlad. Considering also the evidence Josh and Elton caught was ‘sinister’ compare to what Corey and Corbin caught… because Elton looks like Vlad a little?

he was nicknamed “Dracula” because in old romanian it meant son of the dragon. yes that is true, but it’s not because he was “ruthless, cruel” or whatever you want to call him. romanians named him “Vlad Drăculea” (which then foreigners turned into “Dracula”). which is a diminutive of his father’s name. so “Drăculea” would be something like child of the dragon, or little dragon. that was because his father was Vlad “Dracul” (“the dragon”), again, not because he was “ruthles, cruel, dangerous” whatever. its because he was part of the “Order or the Dragon”, and was a powerful member there. (it was basically a military order in central europe, nothing more, nothing supernatural or scary about it. it was based on christian values and their purpose was defending said values from the “ottoman threat”). yes, over time the meaning changed. that’s because medieval times, romania was heavily influenced by slavic people, but in the 19th century romanians wanted to erase as much of those foreign influences as possible as return to their “roots” basically (by that i mean latin) which is why “drac” now means devil, or demon, because that’s what it means in latin.
also about Bran Castle, there is no actual historical evidence about Vlad ever being imprisoned here, or even actually passing by the castle, romanians just run with it now just because it's profitable, touristically speaking. most people believe he lived there and it's "Dracula's Castle", so why would anyone try to contradict them when they can make so much money off tourists? also Bram Stoker himself never said that Bran was Dracula's castle. he located the Count's castle somewhere in Tihuța Pass (or Bârgăului Pass), near Bistrița, which is entirely fiction, because there are no castles there. people think it's the Bran Castle because it's the only castle that somewhat fits the description from the novel. but while Vlad himself might have no connection to the castle, it was definetly an important castle with a huge huge history.

He is NOT stuck on the device, as Corey statement is incorrect. The soul floats free when a body dies. When Corey made that statement, the door then opened, showing Corey that the spirit was free to move about. Due to a higher Demon, (Vlad, himself?) the tortured souls are stuck there, but they are not attached to the devices they died on.

Nahh no spirits or souls are trapped on that room as they can move freely. And whatever disembodied voices they capture, made me think it's just a prerecorded audio of them or perhaps that talking device they're using is malfunctioning.

I love how much they've grown as investigators. You can tell how comfortable they are with their methods and don't run when they're scared. I truly think you guys catch the best paranormal evidence that I've seen (Josh, too). They are practical and so real, you can tell they are being honest about their experiences

ive been watching since the beginning of this channel and i went “oh shit went down then” when i heard him say that💀
I never realized how much I would enjoy You Tube ghost hunters. I'm old enough to be your mom, but I'm now hooked on the Overnight channel.
As a ghost hunter myself, it really do be like this. You get a lot of evidence and then it just stops. It's like they wear out or get bored or something. Usually I just get a feeling like "We're done" and then I just wanna sit and obsess over what we got for hours even if it all lasted like two minutes. I have yet to get the cool experiences that these guys have, but I've had full actual conversations via ghost apps and spirit box and straight up had jokes that the spirits responded to with laughing. My team just armed ourselves with more equipment. We have yet to use our new equipment, but we're excited!
There's so many people who enter this so I'm probably just gonna get lost, but if I did win, I've got all sorts of ideas of places we could go in my area!!
I think my favorite part is when Corbin and Evan had the misunderstanding about who should open the door!!!

When Elton and josh were in the bedroom and Elton said “I apologize if we shouldn’t be in your bedroom.. so if youd like us to move to another room you can show us the way through one of our devices.. and we will gladly relocate”.. then abt 15 seconds go by and the music box goes off faintly in the other room. They didn’t seem to tie it together in the moment but I think she was responding to exactly what you just asked and she was trying to lead you out of her room!
When Elton said “it looks like it emerged from hell” I was caught off guard. All these different locations, this channel shows me people who’ve first been there, feels like a dream. Or a nightmare. Or both!
If we're assuming something is attached to the rempod, then it's interesting to note how despite the antenna breaking off, getting slammed in a door twice, and anything in-between videos, it still works perfectly fine.

I really feel like there's some kind of entity attached to elton. Like it all makes sense with the rempod near the well and when corey and corbin heard elton's name in the audio playback in this video and how he felt SO drained by the end of this, and not to mention, I dont think these guys closed the veil they opened to the other world with Patty in the Queen Mary or Cecil hotel video and elton was also the one to open the dybbuk box in the cecil hotel. The spirits are so responsive to every question he asks too. whatever entity that might be attached could honestly have been latched onto him for so long.
This is definitely one of the most active videos, I wish there was a compilation of the best shots of the evidence at the ends of the videos, to kind of like wrap everything up visually.

What if the spirit trapped in one of the torture machines didn’t like talking to Elton and Josh because Elton is similar looking to Vlad. Considering also the evidence Josh and Elton caught was ‘sinister’ compare to what Corey and Corbin caught… because Elton looks like Vlad a little?
