      12 And if God saves a Catholic, a Protestant, an evangelical, a Branhamist or one member of those missions and ministries, God must remove hell and everyone will go to the Paradise, even Satan. [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”]. How can someone reject the living prophet of his time and go to the Paradise? How can someone be saved from the Flood while he has rejected Noah? When the Lord Jesus Christ was on earth, how could someone reject Him and be saved? The whole earth is in the abyss because of these churches.

    Loads of Japanese words entered into Palauan, especially for more modern inventions and technology. My coworker from Palau knew some basic Japanese, but actually could often understand when people spoke to her in Japanese just because of the sheer number of shared vocabulary.
    Not to forget, Japanese also had a strange impact on the names in Palau. They didn't have last names until under Japanese rule, so when made to adopt family names, a lot of people used Japanese names. Interestingly, a lot of those names are actually Japanese GIVEN names, not surnames. And occasionally the reverse is true too, that a parent will name their child Tanaka or something, that is a typical Japanese surname. There's been some interesting linguistic studies on the topic of the use of Japanese in Palau.

    • @apie8
      @apie8 5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @Shown Morris Exactly how am I misguiding the public?
      The video stated that Japan took over Palau during WW2. That is factually not correct.
      The Japanese Navy seized the islands during 1914 and later during WW1 the islands were annexed by the Japanese Empire.
      After the war Japan received a mandate to administrate the islands as part of the South Pacific Mandate, in a similar way South Africa had the mandate to Administrate South West Africa (now Namibia). (SOURCE: Wikipedia)
      This is basically what I said above only with more detail.
      If you still disagree with what I posted, I suggest you state which parts you find an issue with and give a source rather than attacking people in the TH-cam Comments section for trying to correct a date.
      Just because you are local does not you know everything about your own country. And I am willing to accept if I am wrong, but I have no idea what you are on about and you just decide to lay into me for what? Trying to state a correction regarding during which war Japan took over control?
      Maybe try adding substance and context to your post rather just being insulted.
      Why not use this oppertunity to educate someone not from your country on your history rather than just attacking them.

      China is a human rights violator, makes illegal territorial claims in the East and South China seas, uses unfair trade practices, and destabilizes the east and southeast Asian areas.
      Is that enough reason to "hate" the PRC?
