    Been rocking these for years. Best bang for the buck. I always place the filter on the back side so the motor don't get so dusty. Though honestly I 3 box fans (without filters) for pulling smoke and burned up wood ashes and what not out of a room and even having them coated with that I only burn 1 or 2 box fans out every year. Great video man.

      Thank you. Since the fans were around $20 each, I figured by putting the filters on the front, it would keep the draw in more powerful. I'm more concerned with pulling the most dust/chips out of the air as quick as possible than preserving the fan since they're so cheap. You make a great point, but I feel the air pull would be weaker. Do you notice a difference in the air draw having the filter in the back?
