    Fabulous video. I am an experienced woodworker, but at this stage of my life I want to focus more on hand work. Absolutely love the simplicity and confidence of your approach.     I like your dovetails,Joshua,everyone is so obsessed with making them perfect, the masters in the 1700s weren’t perfect.. just look at the antique road show furniture,it was far from perfect 👍😊

    Aren't the pins too narrow and tails too wide? I would think the join would be stronger if they were similar in size.

    "Quick version" Hahaha... That's a riot. Nothing about hand cut dovetails are quick. Not if they fit anyway..
