You know he went out that evening on patrol he's not been on patrol in years probably but he made a special exception to go out on patrol and take it out on two or three innocent uneducated citizens and give them the beating that he wanted to give James you know he went home and took it out on his family you know the poor family dog got his licks too... oh no no doggy come here you're not getting off that easy... tyrants like this belong in a mental hospital they're the ones that need to be locked up hopefully one day soon people will have their fill and decide to fix all this.....

I have a feeling there's a whole lot of "we've investigated ourselves and found we've done nothing wrong" going on at that Police department.

That was an object lesson in how to tame a tyrant, James. He went from full on wolf to a lamb at warp speed. I'm from the UK, and I can tell you that you're setting a great example for the auditors here too, just yesterday I saw a British auditor use your "Can you go and get me a coffee?" Line with an overzealous public servant, and I asked him in the comments section if he had got the idea from you...... And yes, he confirmed that he'd see you do just that, so your influence has crossed the Atlantic! Great work James, we all owe you a debt of gratitude in keeping our rights and freedoms from assault, you are greatly appreciated.

The only problem is that the UK police in general are polite and do an excellent job and don't infringe on rights.
They don't have guns and don't escalate things generally.
So this kind of approach on UK police is cringe and underserved.
I am from the UK myself.
I watch these clips in USA quite a lot, but it doesn't fit in the UK.
Please don't make the police in the UK change their policing attitude towards the public just because you want a few likes.
Also we don't have the equivalent of a constitution in the UK, so you can be arrested for disturbing the peace if you try something like this.

lived in logan UT many years in the 90's. everything is magnified in logan (for good and for bad). say your eating and driving (a no no that many people do) and you accidentally drift a wee bit into the emergency lane because you ain't paying as close attention as you should. in most towns if a cop saw that, they would pull you over and make you aware that you are driving unsafely and then ask you what the problem is. you would explain it to him and then he/she would probably tell you to be more careful, finish eating (now) and then give you a warning (or maybe write you up). in logan, they'd probably first ask you if you are on drugs or dope. and then ask if you had been eating (they would ignore any answers you gave). they'd probably get you out of your car. then do all the field sobriety tests, give you a breathalyzer test. and then once the cop is done with the tests (and you pass them all), if he has trainee with him, he will ask his trainee to do some additional field sobriety tests (or even repeat the ones you already did). taking their time. oh, and it could be 40 degrees outside. not a problem. take your time officers. let's get that trainee some critical training experience. this driver isn't a local so we don't care how much of his/her time we waist or how upset he/she is (this driver is not a voter). in this experience, you might even get a concerned driver or two who contacts the police when they see the driver in front of them drifting a little bit into the emergency lane (that would be in normal town USA). in logan , every single driver than passed you (that is a local) would be calling the cops on you. some of those drivers would follow you until the trooper got behind you are flipped his/her flashers on. it's a very interesting place. cops have a very rough job so I try to give them every benefit of the doubt I can. they are often dealing with big time jerks all day long. there are tons of good cops out there. my heart goes out to them as I am sure that line of work can wear u down on a psychological and emotional scale.

You are amazing James and living in a amazing country.
If I take photos of a police officer even god can’t help me.
If I look at them for more than 3 seconds I’ll be in jail in 3 seconds.
Actually I was in jail for 16 days being tortured but the judge said It was a mistake and you didn’t do anything wrong.
It’s funny now but wasn’t funny back then.
