i had a 999 for over a decade and i regret selling it. one of the best bikes i have owned and a pleasure to ride on the street. these are finally getting the love they always deserved and i hope to grab another one to put next to my 1098 TC

I regret selling my 2006 999 to this day. Second hand prices are crazy right now, so they’re already gaining the monumental status that they deserve. The design still looks great today. The ride quality still on par with many current sport bikes. I’ve been riding a 1200S Multistrada for 6 years now, but still on the lookout to buy a decent 2005-2006 999. Sweet.

Sold my loved 996 as it was horrible to ride the position was awful, 12 months later I bought 749R and I can say I can tolerate it much better

Having owned both the 916, and the 999 (2005) last yr. of the hand built. The 999 was a better bike in almost every way. The 916 was a beautiful bike, the 999 said... Hold my beer. Faster, more nimble, more comfortable. Looking at a 999R next.
