i’m the 4th part player in my school’s jazz band and in Goodwin’s Let it Snow arrangement there’s a lip trill for the trumpets, and i have the hardest one on a D in the staff. i was never able to get good enough at it in time for a christmas gig and lip trills have haunted me since lol. this def helped me understand the movement and different techniques, i’m gonna add this to my daily practice. thanks!
