I used to work out with tuck planche, and now my workout is: Planche Routine Straddle Press to Handstand to Straddle Planche Negative - 5 reps 4 sets Handstand Push-Ups - 5-8 reps 4 sets Elevated Planche Lean Holds - 45 seconds 4 sets In my 26th session! Just gotta stay consistent and I'll achieve my planche
@Strengthist_ 100%! The framework is surely being effective for me, and I plan on sticking to it for a long while. Hopefully I'll get my planche by 2025 still! Started taking creatine which could help due to the strength boost and recovery speed up. I'm very optimistic about it. Mad respect guys! High quality content you two make. Too bad I'm not a beginner anymore, I can straddle planche with the right form after a long time of bad form yet can muscle up (I'm not joking) And I must say that the video quality was pretty good, tons of information with fun jokes, and good sound and video quality that was so good it looked like a motivational video for some reason
