Can you sublimate with the Cricut mug press? Yes you can I'm going to demo both sublimation and Infusible Ink. I have made over 20 mugs with this press and I will say hands down its amazing .
I have been in the sublimation game for quite some time and I will say this mug press is a game changer not only the fact that it presses from 11oz - 16oz mugs its much smaller taking up less space. I think the price is very comparable to other mug presses and of course you know there will be sales. I paid 179 for a mug press that only presses 11oz mugs I paid 180 for the Cricut mug press with Cricut access :)

Where did u get the tape dispenser ?
I watched Several videos showing that you can print a design on sublimation paper and then use the machine to press the image, but my images aren’t turning out. They’re actually pressing as solid yellow images- I dont Get what im doing wrong :( im using the same sublimation paper I saw in videos (A-sub sublimation paper)

You should not have to agree to their terms "Tern Of Service" in order to use what you paid for. The machine seemed to be stand-alone but they really want your personal info.

Are you able to put those mugs in the dishwasher or will the print be damaged?
yes you can put them in the dishwasher they will not fade :)
Can I just say that I have watched too many of these videos and no-one absolutely no-one says whether the press has to be up to temp or cold when you put the mug in???
When its up to temp. you can place your mug in the press once the light goes green
I didn't know you could use access on machine discount
Not sure if it’s all machines but it’s definitely a perk they used to now allow that or on any new product but now you can yay!!

I ordered some heat transfer tape but do it matter what color butcher paper to use for sublimation?
No it does not. You're only protecting against ink bleed from the print, the butcher paper will not transfer ink.

All of my sublimation has a horrible overbacked brown instead of black. It turns brown even at lower temp and time in the Cricut press.
Where did you get that cut tape dispenser. I'm I'm obess with the cricut Tape🤣🤣 I will trade me regular heat tape for cricut any time. Thank you for sharing. I have this same animal print

Why do you have to set up the Mug Press though Cricut? If I have a different cutter, could I use the mug press using the different cutter?

I love my mug press now but it wasn't an instant love relationship! My mug press ran hot and I had so much trouble getting my designs to turn out until learned you can lower the temperature of the mug press. Now it's perfect!
The cricut FAQs say that the temperature is automatic. Is it easy to adjust the temperature?
This press is horrible. I returned it on the 3rd day of using it
