can you recommend retinol products safe for fungal acne?
I just want to educate more. Nothing beats a ketaconozol shampoo as a night time face wash. Wash first with your normal cleanser. Then use the shampoo and leave for 10 mins before washing. Also make sure to eat healthy food. Yeaj, I know many people think that this wont help but it's really helpful. Azelaic acid is also your bestfriend

Using ice on oily acne-prone skin can help reduce inflammation and redness. But don't overdo it; too much cold can harm your skin.

Hey! At 19, you can start with 10% niacinamide, but if you're new to it or have sensitive skin, 5% might be a gentler option to begin with. You can increase the concentration once your skin gets adjusted to it. Always patch-test new products and listen to your skin :)
