Thanks for the review ! The 38 1/2 mm size and the attention paid to the case design really make it stand out for me. Perhaps a few more applications of A/R coating, if possible ?
And maybe a green rotor and bridges,or a closed caseback, making it even thinner.
Thanks again, and as always, GREAT STRAP CHOICES ! 👌❤️

Closed caseback and more AR would be awesome. Didn’t think of that but would totally make those changes if it was my watch. Thanks for watching!

I have the black one and it was an absolute bargain, wears so comfortably and the dial is so interesting!

I liked this more and more as it went on. That case really is beautiful. And as always here, we get to see things we’d never get elsewhere. Always appreciate that. Loved it on the non-green straps. Maybe the last one before the white silicone was my favorite look.

Same here Michael. And agreed that runs strap was one of my favorite combos. Super neutral and paired so well with the green dial.

I regret missing the kickstarter on this one. Really cool watch, love the green.

Not another watch I love. Damn you! Really cool to see it this video. Mid case reminds me of a Moser Endeavour, which isn't bad company. Well done my friend.

I asked them about the dial before I bought my first Roto -if it really is enamelled or uses enamel like lacquer and was told that it's the latter.
I went for the blue, and then added a black one for a more toned down look. I was afraid that it might look dull, but it is just as pretty.
My only gripes with the design is that it is hard for my old eyes to read the time and I think that one of mine is running a bit slow. Probably within spec though.
I like the straps but put a suede strap on one because it's more comfortable.

That makes sense fit the dial, still would be curious to see a look into how it’s actually made! Glad you are enjoying yours

I recognize the case from the Lobinni Interlaken (a very nice budget dress watch, BTW)

Did this company just produce the watch of an existing lobinni?

I imagine they just used the case. Movement is different than my Interaken. Baltic’s micro rotar on the other hand is a Lobinni with a different dial. 😊

Doesn't it look a little like one of those xeric watches? Nice review.

    • @theknightswatch
      @theknightswatch  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

It does indeed, xeric was one of the first big brands to do these designs but I think it’s executed nicer here

My comment is nitpicky... The design has enough wow for the money, including deep greens (or blues on the other model) and that elegant clever movement. But the design side of me dislikes having two-thirds of the dial for nothing but a merry-go-round. I would have wanted to hide or at least darken that area so that one's eyes will be attracted to the functional third of the dial.

It’s a fair point I’m sure that’s more expensive to do because it would look cheap if they had something covering it under the crystal, then otherwise they need a weird custom semicircle cut sapphire to make it feel right. Gives and takes for the price!
