Thanks for the video very informative I've left my a85 stock but I'm tempted to put a high performance head on it I'm not having any cooling issues nor have I done any porting but I'm very tempted LOL get a little more performance out of it but on the other hand I'm afraid of messing it up and having to buy a whole new cylinder and piston I just got through the break-in phase

Crap I must miss all your vids. You'll have zero Issues with your jb weld I have machined threw my tranfer roofs more than a few times. Also on my mxs cases. What's the port timings on them cyls stock. Super pain in ass to machine trasfer roofs on g4 cyls you can only machine 2.5° up or 5° overall duration before it will blow threw to outside. Just saying. The exhust port exit duct looks huge on them cyls.

@@Op1zilla may take you up on that, what all would you do to it? Also do you think the CDH67 pipe will do good with the avenger85. I had it welded yesterday but haven't got to try it yet. And I have the G2 reed valve with windowed piston too. I upgraded the bolts on the G2 to make a better seal.

Yea the jb weld will be fine did it on a few saw engines it don’t come off as long as the surface is prepped good
Its a low pressure area an the hole was so tiny, I just made sure there was ample jb-weld, Work in Progress 👽👍🏻 I wana see other peoples work on them
