Hi Mia! Thank you for sharing your absolutely beautiful creations! I am wondering what watercolor paper you use? I love creating watercolor backgrounds as well. Thanks for the inspiration! Your fellow SU! demonstrator in the US, Brenda
@@calikreativ9378 yes, I believe the type of watercolor paper can affect this too or the amount of water in the paper prior to painting over. We did one in class last week (source was one ink refill of the Nignt of Navy); we all had different results though most of us found the separation of the purple and the blue pigments.
Beautiful watercolor! Thanks for showing how to create this technique!
Thank you
Beautiful, I can't wait to try this background on my cards. Thanks for sharing.❤
Thank you!
Your card is so pretty! Have never seen the ink spread like that with the grass! That is awesome! Thank you!
Thank you ☺️

Hi Brenda! Thanks for dropping by :) I use any brand, as long as it is 100% cotton, cold pressed and at least 225 to 300gsm Our Fluid 100 is good too!
@@Paperholicstamper Oh ok, thank you!
Does this work with ink exstracted from the inc pad or do you need the refill inks?
Either will work :)
@@Paperholicstamper thanks, however mine just turns out blue - no purple 😕 I used the inkpad.
