Easy Alcohol Technique Using Stampin’ Blends or Alcohol Based Markers for Cardmaking

  • A short video tutorial on how to apply the alcohol technique using alcohol based ink markers with alcohol and come up with a beautiful background effects. In this video I am using Stampin’ Blends and Yupo paper. All material brands used are below:

      I am not sure though...all i know is, it is a synthetic paper and feels like photo paper. it is extra smooth compared to ordinary cardstock :)

      @@celinemoutiez50 No, we do not but many use the vellum instead :). Yupo paper can be readily bought from any craftshop though.

      It is called YUPO paper Kathy and I believe one can get this from the artshop. It is a paper best used for alcohol-based markers :)

    Beautiful card--now if I can find my pack of Yupo!!!!! I have a question: Was your choice of Staz-On because it's permanent, or just your preferred ink?

      Yupo is a specialty paper for using with alcohol inks, acrylics, oils and lots of other mediums - Very smooth synthetic paper. Bit like gloss paper but waterproof. Maybe a better description somewhere else !!!
