Adidas has completely dropped the ball with the Ultraboost line, it went from being in everyones top 3 for comfortability to barely if at all making it into peeoples top 10, as you even pointed out it gets more love for the upper than the midsole (it's namesake), i used to be a die hard boost fan but there are just SO many more squishy and softer technologies out there now!
I didn't even know the Ultraboost 5 existed! which is wild considering i was actively looking for them earlier in the year, L marketing because after seeing they probably weren't coming anytime soon i ended up going with the Nike invincible run 3 and they are so much more comfortable than any ultraboost i've had!

Yeah I’d say they got too confident that boost was the final stage of comfort and other companies kept trying to make more comfortable technologies

I couldn't disagree more on the Adidas mules. I got a pair in white and they look great on foot and they are very comfortable. Definitely recommend sizing down though as they are big

I just got my hands on the union field generals and have worn them a bit and they're definitely different compared to sambas, comfort and look wise in my opinion.
I'm not sure what's up with Adidas drop of Bad Bunny gazelles, but Canada hasn't had a drop on these yet.

@@huamanJR the insoles or white and standard like any other insole, but what makes them comfortable is that orange mesh on the shoe it stretches with every step you take and go back to normal with no creases
