- Here's a cool thing that the Quad Cortex is capable of! In this video, I'm doing a quick demonstration of the Freeze function and moving the frozen chord around the diatonic chords in the key of G. I did not show the routing needed in the grid to achieve this (it would have taken too long for this video) so if anyone wants me to show how to do this in detail let me know in the comments!

This sounds awesome! Definitely would come in handy for underscore moments, or if you’re missing a keys player-
I've used this for filling space when a keys player isn't available. Also for at home improvisation practice 👍

Very cool! What pedalboard are you using? I’m agonizing over which one yo get fit my WC and I will be putting on a Freaqout along with an H9, Coda bluetooth page turner and line6 wireless (G70). Looks like the board you have would be just about the perfect size!

DUUDE!! This is insane!! Who needs a Nord when you have a QC?! Haha how do you have your strymons setup? I just got a Timeline and not sure if to go with presets or buying a pack or how to set it up best.
I just have the strymons in the FX Loop. For church stuff I like to have them working as needed. For anything else I do, I just use the delay and reverbs on the QC. Church stuff just needs the extra flexibility of the strymons 👍🏾

Bro, I have the QC, timeline, bigsky and freqout. How are you running the 3 analogue pedals with only 2 fx send returns? Is the freqout before your input?

@@chaytonwoods I downloaded your preset and it's incredible, but I couldn't make the freezing work, the chain coming from the imput 2 signal doesn't come out at all. any idea what it could be?
There's a long breakdown video that is uploaded to my youtube channel that explains how to operate the freeze function, take a look at that. In input2, the lane has an IR slot that you can delete from the row. If you are still not hearing anything, check your IO settings on your Quad Cortex. Hope that helps!@@Rafaelluques
