Beautiful living room, I love the wood flooring & the windows. Nice kitchen, unique pantry doors. That is one of the nicest utility rooms that I've ever seen. I would extend the counter to use as a laundry table. Too bad the master suite opens directly off the living room. That porch is wonderful, but I don't want a door leading directly to the porch from the bedroom for safety reasons. Absolutely gorgeous master bath, the tub and shower are perfect! 🥰 The master closet is on the small side. This is a good one, Nate! 👍
This home is fantastic I would pick this home over a stick built home. The quality is that I see from the video is great and you don’t have to wait for it to be built if you get it from the lot. So get your foundation in place and get it delivered.
Hello Nate! Good video! Lots of things I like about the house, but things I don't like as well. I know some of it can be changed and some can't. I actually think there's wasted space in the Living Room. But there doesn't seem to be any place in the Dining Room for my Grandma's China Cabinet, so I could use that space in the Living Room for that; a deal breaker if there's no where to put it. We'd change the fireplace to a Gas one. Microwave would have to be moved to the countertop; to high for me above the stove and I can't climb, so can't reach it with a stool either. I would want a Gas Cook Stove. Love the Pantry! Love the fact the water heater and furnace access are in the Utility Room! I'd probably remove that bench in Utility Room and use the space for a Freezer! Of course the two Guest Bedrooms would be turned into my rooms; a Library in one with a sitting area, and a Music Studio Room, soundproofed, in part of the other, and an Office in 1/4 on that room. Nice Guest Bathroom. Big Master Bedroom. I wish the Closet was in the Bedroom instead of the bathroom, but Not a deal breaker that it's not. Tub would be changed for a Handicapped Tub in Master Bathroom. A door needs to be put on the shower, which is nice except for that. The Commode area looks to be wide enough at first glance, but you didn't show the commode head-on so I'm not sure of the amount of space around it. Also I'd remove as much of the wall around the Commode as possible - I don't care for that small of an enclosed space! Carpet in Living Room and Bedroom. I do like that back porch! We'd extend it of course and have porches, some enclosed, all around the house. Except where we'd have the Garage there at the Utility outside door. We'd put a Storage unit in there and a Pet Shower and maybe a bigger long-term Pantry. As I said, Nate, good video. See you next time! God bless you guys!
Love it, love most Deer Valley homes. But in almost every manufactured home there is no linen closet in or near the baths! I would also like to have a covered front porch
I wouldn't want the floating shelves in dining room, I'll have the extra window in living room, bathroom (next to shower) and the extra bedroom door removed, one sink in bathroom, now that, will be my optional remake on this beautiful home floorplan.
Love this home! It's gorgeous, roomy, great layout and the decor is spectacular. Big shout-out to Deer Valley Homes, Granite Homes, and Nate for sharing this beautifully bright home. It's perfect for any family. Definitely putting on my wishlist. ❤❤❤
Nate,I don't know when this was done but we have a lot more snow, love snow. I do love the back porch, nice touch. Why do they always have the fridge so far from the stove?
This doesn't wow me as I think it should. It's got a lot of the things that I like but for some reason I'm not feeling it. Maybe it's the colour scheme, but I can usually see past that. Thanks for braving the snow 😊👍
Wow...gorgeous home! Livingroom is stunning! Love the kitchen but would prefer all cabinets were the wood grain opposed to upper cabinets being white. Love the island. Nice pantry ... would replace the sliding doors though. Excellent primary suite...that bathroom is amazing! Love this one, Nate! Great job! Thanks!!
I wish they would put the waterproof all the way up on the tub/shower. Also a real fireplace. No lazy susans, too hard to clean, no wire racks in closets, too hard to clean, plus stuff falls through.
Nate, again, I would like a proper foyer, more earth tone colored walls, and a trey ceiling in the primary bedroom room for starters. Overall has a lot of cool features, thanks for posting... Darealdeal
I really like the back porch and two doors to access it. Seems roomy, and bright. I'm not a fan of the "busy" look of the countertops with the flooring. I prefer a hidden pantry and a window in the primary closet, just my preference. But I do love the size of the primary closet and I am a huge fan of wooden shelving in the closets and pantry. Nice home. Thanks for sharing it!

I like it just the way it is. Except the price

That living room is definitely the highlight! Love the master bath, too!
Did not have a family room but it was nice.

JUST LOVE THE HOME BUT WOULD LIKE TO HAVE HAD A FRONT PORCH BUT ITS STILL IS A BEAUTIFUL HOME!!!❤❤❤

I love deer valley homes.
Beautiful home!❤❤❤ Can the home be built with wood burning instead of electric fireplace???
A lot of the Deer Valley homes have wood buring fireplaces. I would ask the guys there at Grandon if that is an option.
Nice gotta change that closet and toilet around so the closest opens in the bedroom and have an open toilet
Real nice house. All is good, except the counter yops need to.bea pretty color.
Nate,I don't know when this was done but we have a lot more snow, love snow. I do love the back porch, nice touch. Why do they always have the fridge so far from the stove?
I filmed this on Jan 15th, the day before the Louisville home show.
Beautiful kitchen
Deer Valley is one of my favorites. Quality all the way.
Need carpet In the bed rooms definitely!!
That's a really nice home, like all DV. Only problem is that I can't get DV in Virginia.

I do like my bedroom door going out onto the porch. That's awesome
Love soft close cabinets
Love the big pantry
Wow...gorgeous home! Livingroom is stunning! Love the kitchen but would prefer all cabinets were the wood grain opposed to upper cabinets being white. Love the island. Nice pantry ... would replace the sliding doors though. Excellent primary suite...that bathroom is amazing! Love this one, Nate! Great job! Thanks!!
I look at all these to get ideas to build my retirement house. I don't want a trailer
I wish they would put the waterproof all the way up on the tub/shower. Also a real fireplace. No lazy susans, too hard to clean, no wire racks in closets, too hard to clean, plus stuff falls through.
I would only want one sink in the bathrooms too
Absolutely gorgeous!! I could move right in and love it!!❤
Man, you outdid yourself with this home. I love that back porch. Just think if you extended that out, that would be an awesome home
Nate, again, I would like a proper foyer, more earth tone colored walls, and a trey ceiling in the primary bedroom room for starters. Overall has a lot of cool features, thanks for posting...

I wouldn't have carpet either

😀🤩❤🙏
I don't like the microwave on top of the stove either
How many rooms.

How much is the house. And do you have any houses in San Bernardino.
For your area I would give the guys at Homes Direct a call
Vinyl siding is no good. Why are builders still using it? It ain't worth 2 cents.
