This is simply one of the best video channels made by foreigners visiting Norway. The joy and respect shown for our country, our culture and nature is touching to see. This channel deserves a far larger audience. We hope and believe that it will happen. We wish you safe sailing and fair winds.
Oh, those little lemmings are ‘way beyond cute. I love your very professional graphics, too. I think that you and your family were very brave to go swimming in such a high latitude. Your channel is such a change, with others sailing among the islands of the West Indies. Thank you for producing such interesting videos.
Thank you so much! What a wonderful comment to receive! We have all fallen in love with Norway, such a beautiful country, full of magic and I try my best to capture some of that magic in these videos.
Thank you so much
Your videos give me peace, hope for the environmental future, a break from the day to day politics, and just make me happy. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much! Really lovely to hear this as that’s just what I was hoping to put across with these videos.
Another superbly produced video! I love catching up with your adventures. Thank you!
Love it, your journey in sailing and life is just brilliant!
Perfect friday eavning wind down entertainment. Nice work :-)
Wow, you hit the mark yet again. I can't begin to imagine the time and effort that goes into these documentaries. Great choice of soundtrack at 5:10! Interesting re the sea urchins- exactly the same situation in SE Australia. Volunteer eradication programs, kelp replanting, the works.
Thank you so much! Really glad you enjoyed it. Yeah I heard that it was similar in Australia, glad to hear there are people working to protect the precious kelp forests there as well!
Thank you for this vid. They are always spectacular
Thank you. It's a shame that there isn't more content like yours on social media, I really enjoyed it. I wish you all the best, greetings from Serbia

Spectacular scenery, awesome production, it's a beautiful journey that you travel, thank you! 😎✌👌
I watched this while visiting my family in Annapolis Md USA, and my youngest sister became enthralled by the beautiful photography. She said, "Its like watching a Ken Burns film". That's high praise indeed. She's now subscribed too.
Oh lovely! Thank you, I’m very flattered, glad she enjoyed it!

It’s nice that you don’t have carnivorous bears in that area.
Another fabulous journey. Beautiful camera work and really pleased to see your participation in hammering those kina Oh no sorry that’s Kiwi speak for sea urchins!
Thanks to you, my mind has a Moment of Peace.
Vielen herzlichen Dank
Wonderful photography. One of the best ever seen.
Can you explain how do you heat the boat for Nordic winter? Thank you.
Thank you so much! We have a well insulated steel boat and have a Dickinson Newport diesel heater onboard, that and the heat we get from cooking and our Dutch oil lamp keeps us toasty warm below decks 😉
@@sailing-freespirit thank you. Just wanted to know, I also have a Dickinson Alaska on mybIsland Packet 40, and also because of your videos, I would like to come up North. Now in the hot and sunny Med. Ciao from Italy
I really enjoy your videos, preferring the high latitudes to the tropics myself. I am confused though. It's June, yet you are talking about Autumn. Did it take you nine months to put this together? Given the heat here now, I did enjoy the view of snow.
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it! It was taken in September last year. I bring one video out each month as they take a lot of time to make so I am very behind. 😉
Captivating.
Your photography and production just gets better. Mind you had amazing material to work with.
I was in Tromsø early June for a few days of late season skiing (it was excellent by Scottish standards, though the locals said it was a very snow sparse year), it was beautiful then, looks even better in August.
(ps, it seems to be pronounced something more like Tromsa)
