Ummmm I live in Philly. Our culture has bring DELAWARE NEW JERSEY AND NEW YORK riders to come to ourrrrr city to do this. Those people people arent from Philly actually. We dont even know people that attend those parties. Our riders ride up Broad st and a few other avenues.

Its the fact that its played every night across from a residential area with children and adults who are trying to sleep to go work the next day. Literally nothing i said was about race. Loud music over a extended period of time can cause heart problems through stress.
