since the southern hemisphere has so little land other than antarctica, and the north has a lot, why not use a Azimuthal Equidistant projection with north at the center? also that way it will look more old school and cool! and makes you look at the landmasses in a new way.

You deserve 1000X the views you’re getting. Your videos are amazing and you explain things very clearly and in a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of way. Thank you!
im super impressed with how it looks, seems like a fun and addicting game c: Been loving your videos ever since I found them and cant wait for more videos in the coming year.
Looks like fun! Really enjoyed your channel this year.
Awesome project! Can't wait to try it out!
The essence of polish is adding in transitions between your transitions and emphasising & articulating those transitions. Nearly every form of polish from feedback to flair follows this one guiding principle though fully comprehending this notion can take a lifetime and will always require at least three points of reference. 80% of the total time to complete a game is the final 20%, but that final 20% makes up 80% of the overall appeal.
Adore your content, more please!
Great breakdown and run through. Thanks for sharing.
What'd you make the music in? I love it, reminds me of roller coaster tycoon 2
Nice, it reminds me of old flash games
Your absolutely Amazing!
just want you to know that
I wish I could play it offline. I sunk a whole bunch of hours into playing it, then had to go on a trip with no internet. Have to leave again today and won't be able to play. In a way, it reminds me of games like FFT, even without the individual chess board players.
4:42 brother what are you using to run minecraft here? 😢
worth trying optifine, and maybe even an 8x8-1x1 texture pack just in case that helps too.
2:51 that's the new flag for my country norway i guess
"The world doesn't need another half-finished visual novel" 100% based
Hey! I love the project, want some help with the art? I could help you with some eye candy for the IU, if you want. Reply to me if you're interested.
Did you open source the code to the game? I'd like to contribute to it.
A mobile game would make it more accessible to mobile users
Considering the end result, maybe don't listen to this guy about polish
