Commodore with a 3 inch twin system always sound so deep and I have inch and 7/8 on mine ready for super Charging. Sounds awesome needs a big stick in it now.
Yeah, 3 inch gonna get a drone in slight load acceleration above 100kmh, but I love it, plus it separates us from those that do interior design for a living.

I was lucky enough to get onto a guy who builds he's own systems for VE's and I was able to swap my rear mufflers over
Hey Chris, I got the guys at Dynomotive (if you google them) they located in bayswater. So yea they did the fitment and tune. Theres another guy in Dandenong who builds systems for the VE which also sound mean and cheaper. He's company is Extracted - he's systems are no drone, where mine does at cruise speeds.
Hey mate, was the in cab noise a deal breaker for you? And with your experience would you go KPM over Di Fillipo? I have a ss vf and deciding between the two brands, cheers.
Hey mate. So the KPM system I had was loud but in the cab it wasn’t droney or annoying. Been an auto it laboured a little bit with noise but I still loved it. When I sold the ve (in the video) I went and got a VF 2 SS wagon which had a full 3” difillpo system. Nice and deep, also love it. Comparing the KPM to the dilflippo the KPM is louder but the diflippo is deeper. I’d go diflippo purely because it’s a bit quieter and I love the deep throaty sound. I’ll see if I have a clip of my VF SS to show you. The diflippo reminds me of the old school holden 5 litres in the vs ss etc. I love that sound and engine
they told me no drone, cause i was looking at the walkinshaw exhaust's at the time also. i still reckon there's drone in the cabin when going up a hill and slow take off's. but 3" and now i have a cam, she's louder lol
quick question, does it get any resonance (triple the volume) around 2000rpm under load? I couldn't afford KPM so went hurricane 2.5 mild steel and HSV headers and cats on my VE2SSV manual, the resonance around 2000rpm is really loud, and very annoying.
I got 1 7/8 pacemaker exrractors and 3 KPM exhaust put in my vf clubby. Kept the original mufflers on because I like the option of having bimodal. Sound nothing like this. Could it be the original mufflers? Indecisive if I should put on the KPM or leave stock.

Never ending but I love my VE. Best looking Commodore ever.
