The sand dunes are definitely not a place to go without experience, I’ve been going for years and consistently see first timers go and get themselves hurt because they don’t know what they are doing🤷‍♂️ it’s the sad truth. Sad sad sad, prayers for the family.

How did you know it happened in the dunes? Why are sand dunes so dangerous? Can you explain more?

@@VoxWodler it’s said she was pinned at the little Sahara (sand dunes) and they are very dangerous because the wind can make what many refer to as “witch eyes” which are essentially holes that are very hard to see in the sand, and especially dependent on the time of day sand blindness happens when the sun is in the perfect place in the sky where there are no shadows to define the edges of the sand, so with no experience, it becomes very dangerous.
