He left the band in 2021 after lauding a book that criticised Antifa, and has since become a podcaster, a Spectator contributor and debated former US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi just this past month. The rowdy debate gained traction online for Marshall’s fiery criticism of the politician that at some points, seemed to leave her speechless. I worked for the U.S. Marshals Service as a contractor during the riots in Portland OR and it is astounding that Pelosi says there is no equivalency. The marshals are responsible for the protection of every federal courthouse in the United States and deputies had to be flown into Portland to defend that courthouse for 70 NIGHTS STRAIGHT! During that time deputies were burned by fireworks and even makeshift pipe bombs(which there is video evidence of online), suffered temporary blindness from having laser pointers shot into their eyes and concussions from bricks being thrown at their heads. The riots during the summer of 2020 were 10x worse than J6 hands down.

January 6 was a demonstration, not an insurrection.
It included a riot, but that riot lasted a few hours. The riots of 2020 lasted for months. And they're still with us in the form of pro-terrorist campaigns on college campuses, most of which are public/state property.

The saddest part was pelosi's total lack of rhetorical skills or even basic preparation. Speaking in meaningless soundbites is "fine" for going on cnn or some other trash venue, but at oxford union you're actually expected to make a longer form, researched argument.

Both political parties use neurolinguistic programming. Her hand gestures are aggressive making no linear emphasis. Her gestures are a distraction from the content of her words to emphasize.....? She made a judgment statement not an opinion based upon any critical synthesis of supportive facts. She has never debated. She makes judgment statements based in hierarchical monarchies. She was not speaking for citizens. She was talking about "subjects."
She probably underestimated the reach of these debates on social media. And she probably expected someone else to debate her. With no disrespect to Winston, I have to wonder why the Oxford Union picked him. Was there no conservative figure of Pelosi’s stature prepared to debate her? Someone like Boris Johnson perhaps. Or Nigel Farage. Or perhaps Hungary’s Victor Orban.

My 77 year old Mum who was a staunch Dem all her life, and I both voted for Trump in 2016. We were thrilled when he won. No one here stayed at home. Tulsa was bustling as usual.

Pelosi was born into the business, she learned everything she knows from her father former mayor of Baltimore and a U.S. House Representative. He was also had deep mafia ties (see FBI files). Her brother was involved in a gang rape of two really young underage girls, the only defendant that got off scot-free. This family is a political dynasty.
