- Some examples of FC Barcelona U13's and the football they played at the Academy Cup. The team is full of 12 and 13 year old boys all coached and asked to play in the same style as the first team. This is the same for all sides within La Masia playing 11 aside football.

Great to see kids so young encouraged to play and trusted with the ball.
Crazy how tempo of a game can tell you the level of quality of teams
Just realized that number 10 was gavi, he stood out at every age group.
Number 8 was amazing ⚽️
What I liked here that kids should see is very little 1v1 and more about moving the ball and team play. More coaches and young players should watch this
Cut The Cable one of the biggest aspects of pass the ball and move is a 1on1 actually, dont know if you mean that

When I wanted to bring very skillful and talented kid my manager (just father, no badge) told me that he is not strong enough. Look at barca players. Are they taller and stronger then rivals. No. But they more skilful. That is very simple when you are realise. But most ( I can't even call them coaches ) just see stronger, fitter, faster in Irish football. Today he she is not tall enough, but in a few years may be a new talent. I hope football changing theses days but I am finished as a coach. I had enough.
