This is a quick review of the Asus Eee Pad Transformer. Here are some more details on the device -
The Transformer sets itself apart from other tablets on the market by featuring an optional docking station. This provides access to a full QWERTY keyboard along with unique Android Function keys, turning the tablet Transformer into a full-fledged notebook.
A touchpad, 3.5mm audio jack, two USB ports as well as a built-in SD Card reader for easy file sharing and storage expandability makes the Transformer a versatile media hub. The docking station also extends the Transformer's 9.5 hours of battery life up to 16 hours, so users can use it all day for work and play.
Powered by the NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core processor, the Transformer browses the web at blazing speeds, providing a snappier response time and better performance when multi-tasking. Sporting a HDMI 1.3a port, the Transformer can connect to a HDTV and 5.1 surround sound system, delivering an enhanced multimedia experience.
An IPS Panel made from durable and scratch-resistant glass is viewable at angles up to 178°, and produces a crisper and more accurate color range by up to 50% when compared to other tablets in the market.
A 5MP rear- and 1.2MP front-facing camera can shoot and record HD video, which can be played back in stunning 1080p. Output to HD video on HDTVs is also available via a mini HDMI output port, making it a true mobile entertainment device. - วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี
You are making The best unboxings-reviews in TH-cam! The BEST!
@TheEllkaytee It's actually surprisingly sturdy. It feels just like a proper netbook when docked.
Loved the description I like it the way u review the products and the elongated style of describing how the product actually is good.... keep it up... I personally am looking for a tablet and waiting for the Sony s1 and s2.....
great lighting and set up looks really professional :)
@crazyulah Staples (online only).
Wow. This is like the nicest, most professional video i've ever seen on youtube. I thought the intro was a photo!
Great Review. Thank You Very Much. A+
@assassin72 Got it from the states.
Thanks for the awesome review man. I think I am fairly well dead set on owning this tablet, hell since I saw the additional functionality of a tablet/netbook I was more than interested. This was merely the icing on the cake.
Love it like this. It seems more hight tech,clean crisp,brighter. Really liked it.
@finnvoid In my case they were purchased as a package. $100 more ($499 total) for the Keyboard / Extra battery etc. seemed like a steal. In the docked position it goes for 16 hours easy on a charge (almost double the time without the dock). Having the versatility of both a netbook and tablet for $499 seems like a no brainer to me. I didn't think the keyboard / battery dock was important..... until I started using it. The tablet itself is barely ever on the wall charger.
Very nice video! Great quality.
Where did you get the combo for $499 and was it the 16GB or 32GB?
Awesome!!!
@unboxtherapy Wow, 11 am here, watching with a nice coffee :)
where did u get a galaxy tab 10.1?i dont even think its out in the greater toronto area
@unboxtherapy is the switch for connecting the tablet to the keyboard good quality? Or does it seem flimsy, like it might fall apart soon?
@unboxtherapy where did you get both keyboard and tablet for 499??
you should review the Asia that has a sliding keyboard
like it, good stuff
Does it support USB printing for web pages or documents?
dude that is a great style although i think you should have explained a little more about the touch pad, although you gave me more info than the previus 4 vids
Is it possible to do gaming with the keyboard?
@KayakServer 5:31 AM where I am - time for bed.
yeah you could of showed us some of the apps while it was docked, and the camera aswell.
this would be epic in class just film the whole class and cut the rage parts out and make a teacher rage montage
@unboxtherapy
Why so late at night?
can u compare samsung galaxy tab 10.1 and asus transformer?????
He Started Adding Prices In Because Of Me! Thanks Luuuuuuuuuu!
awesome
Sooo cool
@nwi17 Yes, the front camera on the Asus is 1.3MP. haha, and yet the iPad can't even get past 1MP on the back. It's stuck at .7
about getting it without the keyboard... the point of a tablet is the tablet form, touch-screen etc.. if you prefer it as the 'netbook' form, then get a netbook. As a tablet it's one of the cheapest Android tablets available (and imho, the best). The keyboard (et al) costs about $150 more
Nice
what province u live in im in ottawa ontario
well after watching galaxy tab video and ordering it right away, and seeing this now, i want both now ugh, tough choices :(
@leredsock there is
😍👍👍👍
damn it I thought it was an actual transformer
HOORAY FOR CANADIANS! :)
@TheEllkaytee fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuckkk yreeeeaaaaah
It's a cool concept but hopefully the price goes down. I'm not paying $130 on a keyboard.
this comment in 2023 is hilarious. apple has a $300 attachable keybaord for its ipad pro
Wow you were cheating on your macbook pro
