The signed DMG had a gold plate sign to its left that says Misawa in Japanese. He is a big Yugioh collector and very popular in Japan. You can also find him on TH-cam. Looks like he may have signed that card.

12:42 - that's Witchcrafter Golem Aruru. Basically the highest-rarity print of a 2019-era waifu card, not much else to it.
This card was sold in Asia outside of Japan. The first edition has a misprint where the card name is in silver letters.
