Software update happened over the air and it should be parked in open area!
Using a USB-C will allow you to get all your videos from the dash-cam and music but no updates

Yes every feature almost you can override it but not through the dealership
How can I get the flash or software? I have EQE
The USB-C I bought on Amazon and once you plugged it in the USB-C under the arm rest it should work automatically and if you don’t see the sign recording you may go to the main screen and select Mercedes app and look for dash-cam once you open it it will activate the feature!

Doesn’t auto start, you have to start recording yourself every time the ignition goes back on.
Good question, whenever you start the car it will starts recording automatically!
