When I was doing a test drive and testing the MBUX I was able to just say Hey Mercedes and give a command , I didn’t pause to wait for her respond before giving the command. It’s so responsive, it really is an amazing system.
Very helpful tips…just got my new 2023 car…so much technology a bit overwhelming. Have you done a video on the Driving Assistant Package? That would be very helpful.
Thanks for the comment. I am trying to get my hands on a car that has the Driving Assistance Package. Please subscribe so you don’t miss it when I have done the video.
Very useful tips. Thanks. I was trying to figure out how to hold brakes at a traffic light. Thanks to you. One more thing I want to know about clear up the memory of seat adjustment. And add it again. Please let us know how to do that.
I own a 2023 GLC 300. My audio always seems to slow down when I slow down at a cross section. I understand this is different from going into reverse or getting a warning. How do I turn it off as it’s really annoying ?
Thanks for the comment. Watch th-cam.com/video/wbL066phTiw/w-d-xo.htmlsi=zF23CwHfsvpBDXg9 this video from 7:05 and around 10:50 there is a feature called “Loudness Normalisation”, switch this off and let me know if this resolves your issue.
Are you using the satnav. If so, change the volume of the satnav voice when the voice is trying to talk. Or you can put the satnav voice on mute and try that.
The other thing it could be is the audio fadeout settings. th-cam.com/video/7ncdXR5at2c/w-d-xo.htmlsi=8dxuTGya_Mfcpo93 watch this video from 6:51 and switch it off.
Thanks for the comment. I have done videos on both cars. I would recommend you test driving both but I feel the C-Class is more comfortable than the A35. The A35 has a much sportier steering wheel feel and suspension. Also the bigger a car, usually the more comfortable it is especially the C-Class which is setup for more normal driving rather than sportier drive. Hope that helps.
Thanks for the comment. Depending what country you bought your car from, it might be an option. It may be pre-installed and if that is the case for you then you can buy it through the Mercedes Me online portal.
Great videos thank you. Just recieved a new GLC 300e last week, lovely car. The one thing I can’t figure out is how to disable the speed limit acoustic warning, it’s driving me bonkers. I have been into settings and turned it off but each time car restarts it’s there again. Any ideas how to turn it off? I could turn it off in my previous A250e. Thanks in advance 😊
Thanks for the comment. Sadly I don’t think there is a permanent option to switch it off now. If I do ever find out a permanent solution then I will share it with everyone else. If I was a betting man, I would say it is unlikely due to the Laws requiring new models to have these safety systems.
Thanks for the comment. In the UK we do not get the S580 4MATIC 2023 model so I can’t do a specific video on it. I will try to get my hands on a S-Class in the future. It could be a petrol, diesel or hybrid.
I tried the automatic seat position when I first picked up my GLC, I (and a lot of other users) have commented that it doesn’t fully optimise to your preference, good in theory but just an unnecessary gimmick. ‘How USELESS is that’ 😁
It won't work for everyone, but when I tried it during a test drive, it set me up pretty much perfectly, only had to slide the seat forward an inch or so to be comfortable.
Thanks for the comment. LOL I see what you did there 😂 Yes I should have mentioned that it might not suit all body types but for me it worked really well.
you should change the title bcuz it's just 5 Tips and Tricks you NEED to know!! you should add of what what are you giving tips abt and ik the thumbnail but it's better to put both
The whole thing. Please go to Atlanta in 7 lanes of traffic doing 75 mph and try this horrible system out instead of sitting stationary in a parking lot. After you crash into 5 cars, let me know your thoughts. Thanks.

Thanks for the comment. Yes I have a habit of pausing and then giving a command. I do this with my smart speaker too lol
Thank you for these great tips. I just picked up my Mercedes 2023 GLC yesterday.
Thanks for the comment. Congratulations you have a great car. Which specification did you go for?

Thanks for the comment. This has made my day. What car do you own?
Thanks for the tips.
Thank you for the comment and it really makes my day.
Hi, can the direction indicator warnings be made louder, and/or be shown in the HEAD UP DISPLAY..
Thanks for the comment. I would ask if your dealership could make it louder for you. The indicators will not appear in your head-up display

I agree! Voice command is more of a safety feature 🫶🏼👍🏼

Hello. I have question does GLC300 2024 has Augmented reality on navigation? If yes how I can use it?
Thanks for the comment. Depending what country you bought your car from, it might be an option.

Merci pour le commentaire. Qu'utilisez-vous pour écouter de la musique ? S'agit-il d'un téléphone Android ou d'un iPhone ou d'une clé USB-C ?
It does not work on S580 4MATIC 2023
Thanks for the comment. What doesn’t work on the S580 4MATIC 2023?
how useful is that!!!
thank you! it is actually useful to know these! in a new benz owner 😅
Haha I have a habit of saying these words too much 😂
Which Mercedes did you go for?
turning off audio fading is sick🔥
Thanks for the comment. Definitely useful too 🔥

@rubberduck3788 how did you find the GLC test drive? Are you going to buy the GLC now?
@@DrSaahb it was very nice! I should be collecting a 220d AMG line Premium next week!
Nice! Which colour have you bought?
I think now it's no need to make a pause after hey Mercedes ...
Thanks for the comment. I do this with all my smart speakers too. Really bad habit 😂
@@DrSaahb you are right I forgot that me sometimes I say and thanks 😂
Haha sometimes I do feel I shout at the speaker too which is probably rude by me 🤣

Thanks for the comment. I might do that in the future. I did create chapters so people can skip to the part they want to see if needed.
Absolutely the worst review and system. Try using it while you are driving and see how many cars and people you run down.
Thanks for the comment. Which part of my video did you not like?

What car do you prefer?
What is the highest legal speed limit you can do in Atlanta?
Here in Wolverhampton our highest speed limit is 70mph.
