Thank you for working on my track! You leveled it up so much! Love working with you 1 on 1 - best investment I've ever made for my career. you got me improving with every song and releasing consistently. Now i'm at 14K monthly listeners on Spotify!!
I recognized myself at the piano, I also do too much action. Because you're so detailed and it sounds so nice, but you can't see the big picture anymore. But your song sounds very beautiful, better than I ever could!
It’s so powerful to show your students the power of simplifying the notes in the chords and how it makes more space for the vocal, while retaining the emotional feeling. Nicely done.
Trance and progressive house are my favorite genre, and this track really impressed me, it delivers an emotionally charged atmosphere with a modern, cinematic edge. It has a great blend of uplifting elements and gives off some serious Gareth Emery vibes. Fantastic work, Alex, and props to your student for creating something special
"Hey Alex! I just wanted to let you know that the song you shared is truly outstanding. I really love the way you've crafted it for your students, it's so well done! Thank you for sharing, it's inspiring to see such high-quality projects in Ableton 12. Keep up the amazing work!"😋
Some things I noticed about how you worked and some easier ways to do them: 1. In Ableton, when you're in the melody page thing and you're trying to move a melody up an octave, (like at 5:14,) you can select the notes you want to move up and use the keyboard shortcut "shift+up" to move the notes up an octave without having to manually. 2. When you want to create an area of silence in your project, (like at 9:13,) you can select where you want your moment of silence, then use the keyboard shortcut "ctrl+i" and it moves all the tracks forward on it's own. I just found these alternatives much easier and quicker than doing them manually, and I didn't know about them until recently, and I thought they could maybe help some people. :)
Love the way Alex turn his head from side to side listening to the sweetness of sound. I do the same with tears in my eyes. Now that's a hit song right there. Love the great stuff u do man. U the best!
Just wanted to drop a note. I'm a huge trance fan and also musical, so this view into the production side that is completely new to me has been just so enjoyable.
Yo Alex, another stellar video, your channel is def one of my fav sources for production content. Are you on spotify or apple music? I’d love to support and hear your releases
@@AlexRome I just attempted to login with an email that I was sure is associated with your Discord, but isn't. If you have a chance, next time you're in there, do you know if can send a password reset or perhaps I will get a notification somewhere if you fire me up a message?
You should try creative intent Tantrum distortion plugin, it's absolutely insane. It's has so many sounds, great for 808s, synths whatever. Best part is it's free, I can't use any other distortion now.
Maybe you've covered this topic before, but I really love how you manage the energy of the track. I tend to let things go out of control way too fast. Too much distortion, too many chord inversions and high pitched voicings. You are very skilled at letting the track progress slowly, with "class" if that makes sense. Good job!
Love this video, as always! You are damn excellent at making clean, cohesive music. I almost want to disagree with you about the beginning piano - I love the sort of improv'd feel of it, but it may just be me falling in love with that vocal sample immediately. I'm looking for it on Splice as I type this LMAO
Hey Alex.. I started to make music a few months ago.. but I still having issues with sound design and mastering.. the other day you made a live and we share our music for a feedback and after that I want to sound more professional.. I like my music but I still like there is something missing.. the question is: which course will be good for me to continue improving my skills?
Simplicity and experience at it's finest! I saw you used sylenth to make your own sound. Could you show or tell what did you do to make sound like this? I love house and want to learn how to make sounds like these 🫡 I see a little what you did but it doesn't even get close to this 🫠
This is the kind of stuff that is missing from most music production courses. Describing what is needed and why. Really good info and the track sounded great, even though I'm not much of a tech house guy.

This is so good!!!
5:28 Intervals are the distances between the notes. Two-note chord is a dyad/diad chord (as opposed to three-note triad).

That was awesome ❤
instant like for your chutzpah and using word congruency.
I think with some sidechain in the drop would help it a lot
Love!!!!
awesome
That was great BUT thought those drums in the transition didn't work at all and could of been better. Hay it's all taste at the end of the day.
Forester style? 🫶♥️
Bro who let this man cook 😭😭😭😭
i had to put my headphones on at 6:44 and listen another time

I'm taking his 1 on 1 coaching program and it's been great. That professional quality, we got there in the first week. Great program. Good luck!
Does this app have stems which allow any track to turn to an instrumental or a acapella? Is the app best for DJ’s to do remixes?
What studio monitors do you use
Hallo Alex is het possible to get one on one coaching if you work in fl studio?
Hi, which plugin you used for the intro pianos?
Hey Alex! Hope you are well Sir. Can you try and do some LoFi? Great video....
Just tried to get your chord building blueprint and when i go to confirm subscription in the email that i got it gives me a 404 page not found
Where can I find your releases?
Which vst fot the intro pianos?
The drum did sound cheesy otherwise A+
Did he just use only samples and did sample to midi for the piano part you fixed 😂
Where to listen the fill version?
I just don’t like the change you did on his melody … it sounded so more natural and beautiful as he did !! But the rest if fire 🔥
🎉👏🔥
You mad cuz you can't do more than triads or what? Seriously it was so much better in the original piano.
that's pretty 😂
Anamē? W
i have so many unfinished songs its really not funny.
No, the original piano was better than yours. Now it's sounds robotic.
No audio my guy
