Drill Ground Parade.
The center is located in India, Meghalaya, Shillong. Founded in the year 1941 by Lt.Colonel Rosis C Howman to invade the Japanese attack from the East.
During the II world War. It was during the time where Assam was undivided. Meghalaya gets it own state in the year 1972 where it was fully declared as one of the states of India before it was a union territory.
