Merican Legendary Yo-kai can be obtained via passes within Yo-kai Watch 3. Once you receive a pass from a Crank-a-kai Coin, you redeem it to battle the Merican Legend once. Be sure to bring plenty of Forbidden Fruit. If you're lucky enough to score a stone that takes you to the Labyrinth of Valor, you'll be able to farm multiple Merican Legends!

My favorite Merican Yo-Kai has to be The Last Nyanmurai, because he did get a boss form, The Last Shogun King (Or Last Bushi Oh in Japan), and he is a member of the Shogunyan family.

I think when Platinos' nicknames are named after cheeses, it's referring to money, because platinum is really expensive, and Platinos is made of the stuff.
My favorite merican yo Kai is Koma star because he looks cool and also like that his eyes are actual stars.

I like that, unlike regular legendaries, the merican legendaries start at level 50. When the merican legendaries start at level 1, it makes them pretty hard to want to use, conflicting with the fact they are super rare and powerful.
also... can't you farm infinite merican legendaries with the use of a pass combined with forbidden fruits?
You can challenge them as much as you like and you can befriend them up to 6 times like any other Yo-kai.
The QOTD (even though I’m a year late) for me is last nyanmurai. His skill is useful for online battles. Just wait until the rest of your yo-kai die, then bust out Last Nyamurai.

PS: my fav Mercian legend is the last nyanmurai cuz it’s like pokemon LV one: jibanyan LV two: shogunyan LV three: LAST NYANMURAI and yes ik they can’t evolve but if they could that’d be how it would happen
Koma-star, City Licker, and The Last Nyanmari. One looks like shogunyan with a cool eye patch, one looks like komashura, and one looks very flashy.

apparently the last nyanmurai's soultimate is basically called the suicide sword because harakiri means: ritual suicide by disembowelment with a sword, formerly practiced in Japan by samurai as an honorable alternative to disgrace or execution.

Small correction. You are by far NOT guaranteed a Merican legend from the Clue-T-facts from the labyrinth of valor. Most of the time, the Clue-T-Facts that you get will be stones to other labyrinths.
I got 5 Mercian legends (all different) and 12 stones am I lucky???

Last Nyanmurai is my favourite but Teducator is probably the best out of them all. I can think of some good strategies with Platinos and Gabby though.

If you dont have realy high level you can get platinos first because most of the merican legends do lots of damage and platinos can tank all of it while a healer heals him and and an attacker attacks it realy op

i would have had all on first try but when i fought the hungramps i was using the gun i didnt realized he was almost dead and that made me realize i didnt feed him the fruit yet

Heres how to grind for Forbidden Fruit.
1. Go to Cluvian Continent.
2. Talk to Lil' Yora and get a Golden EX aura. (3x chance boost for Clu-t-facts)
3. Go to any stage that offers Forbidden Fruit.
4. Grind away.
I got 10 once with this method
Golden EX costs 3 Ghastly Fragments, but gives Probability of a Clu-T-Fact in a chest up twice, you mean Great Fortune.
