As much as I would loath dealing with these controls, watching you and knowing we’re all supporting indie dev games just warms my cold dead heart, Manly! Keep it up!
I love games like these. Games that take a simple concept (Guy stuck in bunker with zombies) and adds a fresh twist (you need to manually move your feet to walk instead of just pressing a button). Another great thing about this game is that it’s complex without being complicated, and doesn’t overstay its welcome. There’s turning your head and using a gun, but that is essentially it. Especially when it gives you a GOOJF card and only introduces two types of enemies. You shoot enemies, you walk around, escape, Game over. Games like these are why I love indie games.
Games like this feel like they start with the mechanics and then create a situation that complements them. The restrictive hallways of the bunker protect the player from getting flanked and the slow moving zombies give the player plenty of time to deal with the awkward controls.

This game reminds me of that one with the one armed man crawling around shooting infected monster and injecting himself to delay a parasite infecting his brain. Even the reloading mechanics are similar
Huh, alright... I thought the protag literally has a neural parasite, which is why they move so weirdly... the game did talk about the protag being taken to have a forced surgery. I really thought that, everything happened after the elevator, was some sort of hallucination. I like the thing with the revolver, but less so with the legs control... but the legs control is what makes this game stand out though-- I can't deny that. I suppose if the mechanics is too "fun", it'd undercut the horror anyway.
Reminds me of an old macabre mobile game called "Papa Sangre", which had the feet controls and used the phone gyroscope for rotation. Scared the bejeezuz out of me as a kid, and all the furthest gameplay I watched couldn't get past the 2nd level due to the difficulty spike.
