I love Trinidad & Tobago! Where else in the world will you see a Muslim sister and her family, "bubbling a pot" in recognition of a Christian holiday. Granted it wasn't the traditional fish centered menu, but not even all Christians stick to fish on Easter. We also make Sawine for Eid, and Parsad for Divali. Here's to sweet T&T 🥂
