This is soooo awesome! We just found you on @TheEndlessAdventure channel. You mentioned something about living in Costa Rica. We just spent 90 days there last summer. It was amazing. Been really considering it as a home base! You just got 2 new subs... For the price of one. LOL since we both use this account... Anyways. We are stoked to catch up on your videos & find out more about your moving to Costa Rica process, plus creating rental properties there. F-ing brilliant man! - Erin + (Brian too) Ps... This project is looking AMAZING! Those hanging lights in the kitchen, the concrete countertop... WOWZA! We love it! Keep rocking it, and thanks for sharing!
Thanks for subscribing and the kind words! That's cool you found us on the endless adventures Channel, we've been following them since their Costa Rica trip and they only had a few thousand subs at that point. We are done our build for now so keep enjoying the series and Check out our episode on most incedible homes on Facebook Watch. Chao!
@@TheDufresnes - It is soo awesome to see channels grow before your eyes! LOL I guess we were late to the party on your build, BUT we will happily go back in time to watch what you did, and BE sure to ask questions. We like to call creating vids the one & done approach! Hehe they are evergreen! Do the work once, and never do it again... Keep reaping the benefits. So... How are you liking Costa Rica? We LOVED it there! Right now we are in Quito Ecuador. - Erin
@@BEAdventurePartners we love Costa Rica! It's feels like home now. We will be putting 2 different videos that can be purchased together to answer as many questions as we can as we cannot answer everyone's questions individually as much as we would like to. Equador looks nice too
Hey ! Im a costarican myself, and I’m so inspired from this video. I didn’t know there where amazing house containers like yours in my country. I’m definitely trying to convince my boyfriend, just to live (sort of) mortgage free, and this video will help a lot. Thank you !
I’ve been watching some of the videos on your project and they are awesome,me and my family come from Costa Rica, been living in the states all of our lives, now I’m seriously thinking about moving back now that I’m retired,I’ve never been to Guanacaste before, I would love to do something like you guys have done, everything looks wonderful, congrats to you brother 👍
Hey Chris, let me know when your rentals are done,I would love to rent one and checkout Guanacaste, here’s my email vtacuna@gmail.com,thanks,pura vida 👍.
Was that a film crew I saw setting up behind you at the beginning of the vid ? Must feel good to have your home almost finished and even better to finally move into it and have your own new place. Congrats on that milestone. Also, The guys you have working with you do amazing work. Tile, drywall, welding , windows ,electrical they do it all !!!
So I've been following your progress for some time now and I've wondered how you come to decide on Samara. The area does look very inviting though we haven't been down that way in any of our visits to CR. I can hardly wait for you to move into your new home.
Thanks for watching! We traveled along the coast to find where we wanted to live and we were basing it on schools and the over all feeling we got for a place. We fell on love with samara right away.
Great video! I'm a bit late, but better late than never. Is there any chance you could share what it cost to purchase the land and build the container home? I saw in another one of your videos you mentioned that you build container homes for other people as well (the one where you break down the cost of living I believe). What would that cost to have you guys do it?
No one has come by all we had to have is a permit. We did have to have an electrical engineer draw up how much electricity we would need for us to get I.C.E to hook up our meter
Wow That`s incredible, I should be in Samara in a few weeks , It would be nice to meet you. I would like to pick your brain more but not here. As I have been in construction-- I would love to see why you have done some things the way you have. Is there a car rental in Samara (Vamos)
Congratulations on the container home. Looks absolutely amazing!! I have been watching since the beginning, you and the guys have put in tons of hard work and it is inspiring to watch. I am planning to make a move to Costa Rica myself and because of your videos I want to start my exploration in Samara. I am traveling to Costa Rica in early December. I am staying with Miguel (believe he is owner of Miguel's Cuisine) in Samara and was wondering if you and your family would maybe want to get together for dinner and a drink. (On me of course lol) If you are interested please email @ jasonalipace@gmail. Again congrats on the container home, hope to hear from you.
Thanks, we know Miguel, we just had dinner at their place a couple of weeks ago. Very good cook and he's like 98 percent blind! You will like staying there. I will shoot you an email.
Thank you for the response, very cool. I know you are extremely busy so whenever you get a chance that would be great. Hope by now you and your beautiful family are all moved in and relaxing. Look forward to your email and next video. Pura Vida!!

Costa Rica Question, Building inspection, What do they inspect OR do they inspect at all.
