What a Great inside View of Salvie's life in Philadelphia...His girl,,Rosseta now lives in Italy..Also she wrote a Book about her and Salvie...I know from texting with her that she still Sadly misses Salvie...🇮🇹🙏🇮🇹
This is by far, THE BEST documentary, i have ever watched oe listened to. I appreciate fully the work you put into this. Those philly boys were a story unto themselves.
This really brought warmth and humanity to a cold and heartless story. I've heard Salvie's story before and thought f that s bag, he got what he deserved. But then when you hear this and realise the grooming it changes the whole perspective. Well done narrator
He was a young man and his story is tragic, especially when you consider the betrayal he suffered was even greater than that suffered by Paulie Walnuts. However, Salvie was a stone cold gangster, and he didn't have a problem doing to others what eventually happened to him. Sure, it's the life, they provide and regulate services mainstream business can't but society wants, and they generally don't attack innocents and all of that, but even so, Salvie was a terrible human being. Scarfo, regardless of his blood-thirsty madness, boiled the life down to what it was, evil: money for me and death to you.
I love the narrator, she has that voice like she was there, like she witnessed everything that was going on during Salvie’s life! Incredible storytelling, love it.
what a Great video !! so well done !! and Love the woman narrating the story !! she's Excellent !! And I have to say ,,, of All the characters in the Philly Mob ,,, My absolute Favorite was Salvy Testa !!!!
LOVE LOVE LOVE these videos.. Ur narration is the best I've ever heard on a mob documentary or video or movie.. It's absolutely excellent. You really make it so real. Its like we're there experiencing all of it. Thankyou for ur hard work! God bless. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 And RIP Salvie.
I really enjoyed this documentary about Salvie Testa. A lot of good insight on his life explained by a loved one.👍 despite the killer, you get to see his human side, sometimes filled with laughter. Yeah, that life is mind-boggling to me.
Rosseta, I am friends of a family who knew Angelo Bruno and his wife very well , their names were Angelo and Jenny Pagano . These men became to arrogant and Americanized and that is why their world is in deep trouble . This is also true of most Italian Americans .The old world ways were and still are the best ! I am so disgusted that I will be moving back to Palermo ( La Vucciria ) next year and I wish my parent had never come here in the first place ! You are a real Italiana and I admire your dedication to our values.
Your comment put a smile on my face, great way to start the day. I’m a first generation American and I wish I was born back there. There’s no such thing as american values and traditions, it’s all greed. Life here is all about what car you drive and how big your house is. Family is what matters in my world. I would love to live back there
@@vladimirputinforUSA Thank you, you are a very astute man . He was a gangster, gangster’s get killed! The reason I feel bad, he got killed by his own people! This guy literally won a mob war for Nicky, while he was in prison. Nicky saw an article, saying how cool and how tough Testa was, that was the end!
Salvie Testa had the requirements of a real Boss. He had way more balls than Nicky Scarfo jus imagine sitting the 2 sons down n telling them "I whacked your father because he had My father whacked" Whoa that's a real Man
U Can Still HEAR the Love & Pain in Her Voice After all of these yrs later., Rosina (sp sorry.) I know what it's like to wait for a Girl to grow Up (a girl in my life obviously.) But it's so Sad 2ME hearing this pain in her voice all these YRS later.. I never heard of book or video where a woman knew so much of this life.. Amazing Sad Story.!!
