I rented a unit there when they first open, great location, great gym, great pool, small units cheap quality build. If you are buying which you should not in Bangkok. Stay away from IDEO and ASHTON built buy same company very poor build.

Don’t like layout. The bathroom looks very small. Not mention it is pricy for “fake 1 bed room “. Great location though.

This is illegal building, the court just order to removed the permission, they have 270 days to solve the problem, otherwise its will b removed.
