Thank you for taking us along the journey. The 765 took you and your channel to a new level. So happy to see you grow both professionally and personally, brother. Keep that content coming. It’s only gonna grow from here!
Thank you my friend. Been so much fun to have you here since the beginning. Can't wait to bring you some more amazing Porsche content and some other cars sprinkled in ;)
Such an amazing video my man. What an amazing vehicle. Everyone of us who follow you, will miss the excitement and joy we witnessed every time you drove it. The car is a true Legend. Good luck bro and can’t wait to see what’s next.
Definitely a bitter sweet moment. Extremely sad to see the 765lt go but excited for what’s to come in the future. Thanks for taking us along on the journey Mickey, all the best.
That was an experience. All of your videos always have that something extra that makes them special. Plus sharing the details about your journey with the 765.
I know I've said this a million times before, but I will never, ever stop repeating myself to you: Thank you, Mickey, from beyond the absolute bottom of my heart and beyond what my words can express, for bringing me on your INCREDIBLE journey with the car I want more than any other car in the world. *THANK YOU. SO MUCH.*
Absolutely loved this build bro. A dream car of mines. Feel like i got to love it through your channel until I’m able to get my own one day. Salute to you.
That color is nothing short of breathtakingly beautiful. Arguably my favorite color that I've ever seen on a 765. Some of the purple ones are up there, but the one you had, is just special
I’m grateful that car is what brought us together. I’m so glad we have the friendship we have today and it’s all thanks to the 765LT see you this weekend cutie pie!
Our friendship transcends any car 😘 Dylan had to make sure he included my favorite in that B-Roll. See you Saturday. Don’t drive too fast. I’ll be in the Bimmer
Dude I know exaclty how you feel. I built and spec'd a 2019 RS3, and like you worked hard to get it. I remember the wait and everything. I met an amazing crew I spent 3 years with doing some of the best drives of my life. However just like you, other opportunity came along, and I was also weary of the depreciation due to the 8Y chassis coming out. It's hard, but it's part of the constant evolution that we go throguh and we need to cherish the memories and the purpose that the cars served.
@@MiamiMiles It was almost my turn to list my individual 2020 M4 on BAT this past month but I cancelled the listing and sold to a dealer. Started looking at the trends there and it wasn't looking good, and didn't want to risk having something like what happened to you happen to me too lol. Bad timing for both of us on BAT or you could have for sure got more and had a solid buyer. Might wait a bit and list my 300zx tt if things improve in Spring. Funny thing is I also sold some of my crypto and used it to buy the car I just sold (at a different scale obv), and we sold our cars in the same month.
So many congrats are in order dude, congrats on that insane life experience and for having the ability to purchase it. And you’re totally right cars open doors to relationships. My cayman did that for me when I first got it (on a smaller scale of course) but I have no doubt event greater things are in your future 👌🏻👌🏻🙌🏻
Thank you bro. Still surreal to be able to catch up through this channel. Hope things are going well with you, and can't wait for you to get down to Miami to drive the Porsche's.
hey bro love the vid. I feel when you say "the car is a hack'' im lookin to get my first exotic in the next few months for that exact reason. Would a 610 huracan have the same effect or should i wait a bit longer for a 720s spider?
Brother!!!! Family always comes first but what a car you had. I’m shocked it only sold for 550k. I see so many 765 lts selling for more? But congrats nonetheless. Will continue to follow regardless you’re a cool ass dude! Best of luck with the next steps
Thank you so much my friend. Can't wait to have you here with me during this process. I think the market is right around 500-525 wholesale. We'll see what happens with these cars. I don't think it will be long before they are at sticker.
Thank God you weren't hit by an issue outside of warranty. I've heard those cars are absolute crazy to maintain. I think you did the right thing and got out of it on time. McLaren are also supposed to depreciate hard after the first year. Too bad you also got rid of the Lotus. In my opinion, that would have been the keeper.
I wish the Lotus was mine. It was my uncle's. Will try and bring one back to the channel eventually. I love that car. Happy I didn't get hit with a warranty issue as well. Car was bullet proof
@@MiamiMiles I truly believe the Lotus Evora GT is a great investment for you as a TH-camr. Even though the McLaren didn't let you down while you owned it the repairs would have been potentially easily in the tens of thousands and most of the parts have to be purchased OEM exclusively though the dealership . The Lotus Evora is based on a highly reliable Toyota drivetrain used literally world wide with off the shelf parts that even some Toyota and Lexus dealerships will work on. The engine is rated at over 200K miles. The transmission is made by Aisin, the best transmission manufactures in the world and is seriously overbuilt. The clutch change will set you back around 6K but that it because the clam has to come off. But if you compare that if with over 25K for a dual clutch job on a Ferrari or 50K on some McLaren, like the one you sold that price is a steal. Besides, most Lotus Evora with over 60K miles are still on their original clutch. The Evora is also a very limited production run and the last hand made Lotus sold that makes it highly exclusive anywhere you go. There are special edition and limited edition production runs from different car manufactures like McLaren and Ferrari that have have made more cars than the total production run of all the Lotus Evora. Finally, there is the issue of depreciation. The McLaren is known for one of the highest depreciating supercars along with Ferrari and Porsche. I've read they can lose way over 30% of their value just within the first year alone and that's 30% of the sticker price of what you paid for it at the dealership so the loss is humongous. By the same token, I've read that the Lotus will lose around 14-17% with the first 3 years and that is on a car that costs less than 1/3 of the McLaren. I don't think the same can be said about the new Emira so if you are thinking about going back to the Lotus brand stick to the Evora GT, the best and last version.
Wow. Ok, 550 large ain't chicken feed and would make a nice down payment on your ocean front house. The Porsche will be fun to watch, of course. And I have this feeling you won't be waiting too long for another car--and it won't be a Camry...😎
Can't wait to get the GT3 back and have it together with the 4RS my friend. If you ever find your way in South Florida, would love to take you for a ride :)
I'm surprised it sold for only 550k. Bringatrailer has turned into a cringe fest where everyone seems to have strong opinions they post, and are often negative. These users rarely make bids, and when they do they're on cars less than the auction. Pretty clear they can't even afford the car they're commenting on. It reminds me of C&C before it blew up in popularity. People seemed to think if they parked their 30k car at C&C, they somehow were closely associated with 500k cars.
I forgot to add you should look into cosigning you car at places like cats exotics and rp exotics. Whoever bought your car has it for sale for 700k. Those places will do the same (list it for 700k), but only charge 5% if it sells. They have to deal with all the customers, pics, detailing, and so on for that 5%. It seems worth it to me.
Comment on point. When I sold my GT4, this happened. Like 100 negative comments. The 765LT on the other hand, wasn't like that at all. Seems like it drew a positive crowd, but that crowd didn't bid.
Thank you for taking us along the journey. The 765 took you and your channel to a new level. So happy to see you grow both professionally and personally, brother. Keep that content coming. It’s only gonna grow from here!

What happened after the BAT auction?
Alot of drama haha. In short original buyer backed out, new buyer came in. Will share at a later time when the buyer sells the car... Stay tuned
