As a RD I love this! I appreciate that you stay within your scope. When I have patients with medical diagnosis (for example diabetes or kidney disease) I get nervous when they are taking nutrition advice from someone who hasn't had clinical training. Everything you are doing looks great though! I would love to expand to some athletic training credentials!

In the uk the laws are so strict And you have to belong to different bodies to work in different places. As a diabetic I see a dietician when I need to see them. There’s specialists ones as well. I get so angry when I see people go on a one day course and call themselves nutritionist. I’m glad you’re doing this video

I won't even call myself a nutritionist (even though literally anyone could in the US) because I find it incredibly deceiving. Thank you so much for watching!

Hey how are you? I hope you are doing great i just need to ask i just started workoing out for almost 6 days now i was originally 52 kilo and now iam 50.9 kilo i guess the problem is that i want to lose my belly fats if that is correct to say and i started eating healthy food but latly i saw that my face is getting thiner because iam orignally not that fat and a lot of my friends and family mamber are worried about me because of my face and the second problem is even before i start to workout my wight didnt change it stayed 52 kilo everytime i ate smth with fats or fast food but i really hate my bellt fat or how iam not defined or have a slimer waist and i started to get really hungry at nights so i dont know what to do iam not giving up on workouing out i just need to eat more and i think my body is getting weaker not stronger and when i work out i notice that the most weaker part i have is my arams i cant handle the plank for so long due to my arams i honstly dont know what to do and iam overwhelmed with this iam 153 tall and my current wight is 50.9 can u give me advice or tell me what to do? Iam doing 2 sherd challange for 2 weeks to get the defind abs and i saw some changes in my uper belly but the lower part belly u know didnt even change and side note i really hate my legs my uper legs i dont know if iam writting it right because my english is not that good but i guess my thigs? They are big and i want to slim them and i dont know i walk everyday for about and hour with leg resistance idk if thats right or not iam sorry for the long paragraph but iam overwhelmed with everything now my hight is 153 my current wight is 50.9 and iam 24 years old ❤

Hey! So unfortunately you cannot target fat in specific parts of your body - that's up to your genetics. But I will say, you need to stick with something for more than 2 weeks to get long lasting results. I suggest focusing more on the long term that simply seeing results in the moment. Hope that helps!

Great video but the dietitian lady speaks so boring and dragged out her answers😅 definitely couldn’t match your energy.

There was a much nicer way to say that you vibe with my energy more than my friend's.
