we need a remake. to like, tidy up the story, make it less contrived & convuluted, less fatal shots that are survived etc. as to make the story more believeable. Then have Ghosts 2 where Logan has been brainwashed etc.
I mean, to be honest, its the community’s fault. Its a safe assumption that ghosts 2 was on the horizon after BO3, but the backlash convinced them to scrap it for something else, so when it was IW’s turn to make the next COD, they took a fat dump and called it “Infinite Warfare”. I think most people were just salty they didn’t get what they wanted, that being MW4. Not saying its wrong to dislike Ghosts, but in my opinion it was pretty damn good. Lets be real, if you had to pick between the campaigns of Ghosts and the next two releases (Advanced Warfare, & BO3) the choice is obvious. But the community gets what it asked for.
Ghosts 2 should really put us in the pov of Hesh and Logan so we switch pov of what differences the Ghosts and Federation have. And we get to hear Logan's voice and see his face. for the ending I think we should have it where we turn Logan back to our side but not before he kills Hesh in the process...
I remember doing that when it first came out, I laughed my ass off for him not having legs sitting right there like a normal soldier, also you can see him in the final mission when Hesh is dragging you to the beach if you flick R3 to the left I think...
This game have so much potential but the Fish AI director Mark Rubin is so lazy that he and his team botched it. They could've added small details here and there so that people would appreciate it more. They advertised the Ghosts as Super Elite Guerilla Black Ops but they also injected that Stereotypical "Gun down everyone you see" escape plan as it was seen (Clockwork & Birds of Prey), they should have just stick to that "Outnumbered and Outgunned" theme of Ghosts and US Forces evading and infiltrating Superior Federation Forces and striking only when opportunity arises.
I want a ghost 2 where logan acts like he is brainwashed and has to kill ghosts to have more time and get info on the federations as a masked professional soldier that maybe reaches a high rank in the federation and betrays them and goes back to the ghosts when he maybe unmasks himself infront of his brother or the ghost leader and they end rorke.
ah come on!, is it so difficult for some pc user to just download a free camera mod in cod ghost campaign mode and approach logan when he appears in the helicopter? Thats not so hard
For those in the comments saying that we don’t know what happened to Logan: yes, we do, canonically. If it wasn’t obvious, Logan indeed paired with Rorke, in Vanguard he confirms that.

Yup, logan and hesh have the same model, it's confirmed in the final mission where you can also see your own face while being dragged to beachhead
