I remember this game like it was yesterday….as I was a huge Roy Williams fan and went nuts when he made the game winning interception and with Bradie James demolishing McNabb just made it that much better!
I was at this game. I was 23 years old. I had box seats, the ending just boggled my mind, I don't know what the Eagles are thinking before...... you know. I drank alot that night, went to work the next day on 4 1/2 hours of sleep, didn't get home till 1:30 in the morning.
I was at this game. My boss had a luxury box and would normally take his daughter. She couldn't make it that night. At the time, I was a Dallas fan living in Philly. So knowing this fact, my Boss invited me to go. He said I was the only Dallas fan he knew who isn't obnoxious so he felt it would be OK. I was over the moon. Dallas vs Philly, Monday Night Football, IN A LUXURY BOX! I was the sole Dallas fan in a box with 10 other Philly fans - they all knew I was a Dallas fan, but they were cool with me. Not only that but the box was 2 down from Jerry's box and I was able to see in. When Williams intercepted that pass, I wanted to jump through the roof but I thought better of it, I just clapped a few times. I enjoyed watching the Jones box reaction. It was a very quiet walk back to the car and drive home with my boss. I made a point to thank him profusely, it was such a gift and he didn't ask me for a penny. Great night.
2:04:20 I remember that. I had gone to bed early really tired. Then I had insomnia and couldn’t sleep. Then I got a nervous feeling. So I then grabbed my Walkman that was able to pick up audio signals of the basic TV stations. I had started listening a few minutes before he had made that comment and was just shaking my head tsk tsk……The typical Eagles blew it.
and the worst was still to come a few weeks later with their embarrassing 42-0 loss to the Seahawks... losing 4/6 games and once they reached the season finale against the Redskins, they became the first team to be swept by their opponents a year after THEY (Eagles) swept them. Either way, this was another example of a season to forget for the Eagles.

And 3 straight poor passes in a row. His second throw draw boos in the process
@@demitirusmcneal1327yeah, that was awesome, they probably shouldn’t have let him stay in
It was…..better than sex
@@treybear8174two days later, it was featured on NFL Game of the Week: “Field of screams.”
Thank you!!!! After some like 10 years of being owned by those damn birds, this was a great way to win… that too in Philly. Thanks for the upload!!

Everytime I saw Mcnabb it seemed like he was off a little. Like he would miss a lot of wide open receivers.
Agree. Kind of a scattergun for an arm at times.
How big was that stop on 3rd and goal on a shovel pass?
This came from November 14th
Do you have the full halftime show from this game?

I went to sleep and we were up 20-7, I wake up and we down 21-20 and mcnabb is out for the season 😢
Game is number one
This was crazy for that year. Donovan McNabb would get hurt and the Eagles would go down the toilet that year especially with that TO debacle.

I thought Dallas was dead in the water down 20 to 7
I was at this game i was glad the cowboys won but mad when I got my head busted open by sore loser eagle fans
If you're going to put something on TH-cam make sure people can see it clearly
Ungrateful
Roy Williams 💪🏼
Jerry needs to put Roy in the ROH just for that one play.
