Caramel Mou - Darius Milhaud

Video of the composer and his wife introducing his fantastic 1920s composition "Caramel Mou." This piece is an incredibly delightful and very French number; cute, jazzy, and wildly anarchic, it embodies everything that was so wonderful about Paris in the 20s. Enjoy.
