I built a swing out tire carrier for my V8 1 Ton 1st Gen Ford Explorer

The inside tire rack I made did the job, but just took up all my space basically... so decided to build a swing out tire carrier using a hinge from "www.4xinnovati..." which I found while watching a video on TH-cam " • 1st gen Tacoma rear bu... " I got all the steel material at a local steelyard and the spare tire wheel plate from a buddy who got it from "www.ballisticf..."
