This is what international community should help, rather than giving them food.

Of course not because then NGOs can not make loads of money

You don't understand. The western aid system is a key pillar of how the west controls and promotes their agenda in the global south. Somalia doesn't need aid. Somalis hate ngos like Oxfam and UN. They are there because the west says to politicians they must come in or we will coup you. UK has 14 million people in poverty but you will never see the UN there.

@@sher-lm6rxbro i live in Somalia, and draught striken victims literally buy the UN aid food thanks to corrupt NGOs and they write fake reports saying they feed Somali people with the backing of the corrupt puppets they've put them in power. Nothing is free for anyone in Somalia even victims pay for their food or go hungry. Most Somali farmers use old traditional irrigation system called far-webi (river canals) in Somali using solar pumps to get the river water to their plantations efficiently and soly fund themselves but UN NGOs keep writing their reports with no tangible work on the ground and the cycle continues just like in DRC and Haiti. To make matters worse, the UN bring aid food during harvest time so that the farmers get discouraged because people will buy the aid food at cheaper cost than the farmers cost and Somalia will never get to feed it's entire population and UN NGOs keep making money this way. It's sad what's being done to my country but my people never give up thanks to our pastoralist spirit.

You should have mentioned, in layman’s terms, just how the greenhouses work with respect to water supply vis a vis drought conditions.
