After living in Thailand for 7 years (& continue to live here) what I noticed most about this video that made me smile are paper plates. Wow! Paper!!! Here in Thailand we use single-use plastics for everything - even hot food and drinks! Why? It's cheaper.

@@roccop3760 you are 100% correct! However, most humans think in terms of their livelihood and short-term profits. In Southeast Asia many people sell food and drinks on the street. There are living paycheck-to-paycheck and so for them, their financial survival is more important than protecting the environment even though they really do care about the environment and our conscious of global warming. To fix this problem we need Brave and Innovative thinkers and government and the private sector to conjure up a way for people to package food and products in a sustainable way. 1:25 OMG. The absolute perfection and skill in that burrito roll is incredible. I've been absorbed by the pastor on the spit and then I get to see the masterful cookery skill sharing!? ahhhh! SOOO hungry right now! Like I literally just changed my playback speed to .5 to rewatch this over and over so I can MAYBE attempt to improve on my burrito roll (which I've been told is pretty damn good for a white girl). Best burrito in L.A. is a very subjective subject. L.A. has so many really good "hole in the wall" Mexican food joints and food trucks that for every person who likes this place there will be 50 other people that like the food at one of many Mexican food joints better. It is and always will be impossible to get a majority of Angeleno's to agree that one Mexican food place has the best Taco or Burrito etc. Just reading some of the comments has reminded me that I haven't been to King Taco in awhile and really need to get my taco fix from them again much sooner than later. I was also reminded that I haven't been to that falling down shack in Hollywood that is the home of Cactus Taco and some heavenly shrimp taco's in a long time as well. There are so many really good Mexican food joints in L.A. There will always be a a variety of opinions and disagreements but there is one thing that most of us Angeleno's will agree on....the variety is what makes L.A. a great place for some great Mexican food. So agree to disagree and enjoy the bounty of truly great Mexican food that can be found all over the southland. I think I hear Cactus taco calling my name right now.

But I can't stop thinking about questionable sanitation and dirty hands -- not saying these guys are un-clean, but no gloves, I don't see towels, or a sink... just saying. But that burrito is looking pretty good -- my favorite; al pastor smothered in chile roja sauce, a side of papas fritas, and a bottle of Mexican Coke... best damn midnight snack ever.
