Youre a genius bro. This makes perfect sense to those who have been seeking this information their who lives. I will let everybody know where I heard this from. You changed an important life today!
I never get tired of checking your content again and discovering masterpieces of grounded knowledge. And again, final reaction goes to the top!!! Hahahaha You da boss maestro AKA president of Jump science University 👏👏👏🤓😂!!
Pretty cool! But Daniel how so I know which "running style" is better for me. Before I also used to do the thing with more ground contact time and it really got me faster, But now 2 years later I am more of short ground contact sprinter I think.. How do I know on which style i should concentrate on?
+CHUK NNAMDI You should always train yourself to get off the ground quick in warmups and technique work. But for actually sprinting, your ideal mechanics change as your force changes, which happens through the course of a year as well as day to day and week to week. So you have to be willing to just go out there and sprint and not worry about exactly how fast you get off the ground or how much frontside and backside mechanics you have. Try to run with a competitive partner as much as possible. That will prevent you from crippling your speed by thinking about mechanics too much.
The science if it doesn't apply is nothing the coach is someone who applies the science that's why a football coach make more money 💰 than a science teacher. The number doesn't lie .
