I think I might have misophonia. But the thing is that it started semi-recently (about like 1 or 2 years ago). I started feeling angry when my friend would chew with his mouth open when I was okay with it before. Then I started to notice everyone who chewed with their mouth open and every time someone did that, I got really angry. Whenever I asked my friends to chew with their mouth closed they would get upset, so I just started eating my lunch in a secluded area in the classroom (i go a private school). I'm in 10th grade now and I think I've acquired more trigger sounds. The class next to us is always extremely loud and every time they talk to loud or yell I get really angry. And banging sounds (like when people bang on the walls or the table) also make me angry. But nobody really likes these sound anyway, so sometimes I feel like I'm making it up. But it feels real. Or maybe it's because of my autism. Now at least I have headphones so I can listen to music while I work. A lot of your experiences are similar to mine and I liked this video! :] also sorry about the wall of text.

Hi! This totally sounds like misophonia to me ;-; sorry to hear you're going through this as well. And you're not making it up, I assure you. Also I didnt mention i in the video, but honestly it feels like neurodivergent people are more prone to experience misophonia too. Anyway, I'm gald you liked the video! Thank you for your comment and take care!
