i love how the music just ends abruptly, as if it had forgotten what it was playing for
3 years late, but if you've also listened to Regent's theme his also ends in the same way although for a different reason ;). I like how they mirror each other.

Imp is a perfect example of a character that despite being introduced late in the story, ends up being a fan-favorite.
It’s deserved though given her incredible character develo- what character fits that again? Golem I guess but I feel like I was talking about a girl…

It's perfect. The first half sounds happy and upbeat, because that's how Aisha is, but there's this sense of melancholy that passes through it that makes me hold my breath the whole time.
In the second half the happiness seems to try too hard to hide the rest and falls apart. The sadness that tried to hide itself behind the upbeat tune is almost louder, and throughout the whole song you get the feeling that something *did* manage to hide from you, and whatever that is it's neither happy or sad
A perfect song for my favourite character, it manages to capture the essence of what makes...

Man, these comments were posted a fair while ago, huh? It almost makes you wonder where exactly Imp is n- did... someone move my living room furniture around? No, it's probably nothing...
Wow.. I just noticed that the animation effects really kick in from the second half onwards. Anyone else notice that? Imp fading away, and reappearing at different parts of the screen. It's like a neat little game of hide-and-seek!

An excellent fit to Aisha's character, and tabbing out only to come back to her being missing is so beautifully fitting, if perhaps not entirely intended. Bravo!
Eheheheh. Her being missing is intended :). on the note of the video, 4:01 has some pretty cool crap happening ahahaha. It's suppose to represent her power without entirely cutting her out, and i'm pretty happy with how it looks. Goes pretty well with the tone of the music at the time

I interpret it as the constant fast beat being the conflict of the story. The slower beat that is present throughout is her reaction to it. Then it disappears for a while, that's her power. It all comes together with her beat disappearing here and there throughout but controlling the flow. Pretty good.

actually i was thinking of using "Phantom of the Othersiders" as his theme name, but im not 100% sure... it's a stupid triple joke that he'd love though- phantom meaning... you know. othersiders being the joke he brought up. the entire thing is also sort of a reference to Phantom of the Opera which is probably something he's watched. It doesn't really sound anything like phantom of the opera though. but regent's theme is in 3/4 time so it has a weird ballad kinda vibe.

This would seem to just be a remix of Taylor's theme. Considering the many drastic differences between the two characters that's...wildly inappropriate. Not in an offensive way or anything, just...you really missed the mark there.
hey im actually really curious how you see that, when none of taylor's leitmotifs or like.. anything is in this theme??? like, im wondering if you accidentally posted this on the wrong video because i really dont see any of the connections you're making here. this theme doesn't have anyone else's leitmotif at all; but brian and regent's theme does reference it (imp's melody) in their videos. so like yeah what am i missing here
like, the first four chords are vaguely similar, and then everything else splits off from there..???
@@Annexias The melody is so similar as to be nearly identical. Slowed down and remixed, but it's still _exactly_ the same notes played with the same timing. Worked really well for a song called "Necessity," and for conveying Taylor's immovable, unstoppable nature. Doesn't work so well for anything related to Imp.

@@ThePCguy17 i got someone to check for me what you were saying, and as far as they can tell, you're referring to 2:08 in here and the start of taylor's theme, right? in that case, first of all, those are chords, not melody. second, you can use similar chord structures and still make a song that *isn't a remix*. like, just because you sample a song, doesn't make your song a remix of the original right?
