Love my March DFP 1.5-15x. Opted for the capped turrets over the shurikan, just because I wanted lower turrets and don't plan on dialing.
That's an impressive optic
@@Moondog2A Indeed. It's definitely overhyped like basically all optics are these days, but it fills the role of an enhanced LPVO rather well, with no competition, regardless of pricepoint. It's definitely not a 1x, but you can still do close up with 1.5x (people have been doing it with the trijicon ta44 and large prisms with no issues). The dot could be brighter though, but I often run without illumination, so it isn't a huge deal.
Amazing optics
They are
Dang son that's a whole lot of scope and adjustments in their optics 🤯🤯🤯😱😱😱😱
100%
Holy smonks... that's insane.
I honestly wasn't sure if I heard her right the first time.
my brother has been using a 60x March for over 10yrs nor for F-class. he loves it.
Does he want to get an 80x now?
@@Moondog2A IDK, he only shoots out to 1000yds. He never said he needs more for that range.
To paraphrase the boys ..Daaaaaaaaaaaammmmmmmnnnnnn 80x and one with 400moa?! crazy
You'll say the same thing when you see the price.
@@Moondog2A I know they're expensive but still, no one offers anything remotely close to what they have. I bought one of their 1x10 compact scopes a few years ago for my lmt 308 and it's still my go to all around rifle and optic combo to this day. Just one optic, no piggy back or offset mounts with cqb and long range clarity up to 900m easy. They're worth it.
@@jman0701 They're certainly unique and game changing.
Talk about High End Scopes!
One of those that actually are worth the price! Just wow!
Outside of NASA or the CIA, I don't know who else has an 80x scope?
Very very good for a lower price Scope.😂😂. Looks like a fantastic Scope . Thanks for sharing the video and information.
You know me, I like to feature budget optics.
😢why can’t we ever see a green reticle VS red…the light spectrum demands it in bright light. I know if you are color blind, red is better but there should be a choice. Great scope…hopefully I will have one some day! I will see myself out now 😊
Check out Viridian Optics who specialize in green illuminated optics. Not in the same league as a March scope unfortunately.
Are they really worth it? I would love to see the answer.
Yes, if you want an 80x scope for competition, you're choices are March or none.
March scopes are definitely quality, but it really depends on what you want out of it. I've turned away a large handful of people from specific march scopes as they just didn't fill the role as well as they thought it would. I have no regrets with mine and would buy another.
True it's not the best for every use case. I doubt they're as rugged enough for DM combat use.@@GldenRetriever
@@Moondog2A The JSDF actually field march scopes and what they said about the 34mm being beefed up is no joke. It's about as thick of an objective housing as a kahles, which I haven't been able to dent either, unlike other scopes like the credo and accupower 1-8s.
I didn't know that. Which scopes do the JSDF use? @@GldenRetriever
Interesting.. I been in the shooting for 20 years and I've never really heard of March Scopes.
Just heard about them recently. Didn't know they were this cutting edge.
Very uncommon, unless you are in ELR or F-class shooting. They are on par, if not better than nightforce.
Ok let’s talk some ball park pricing ??
About $4K and some change
6x60 400 moa? take my money
You're going to need a lot of it. The scope costs a couple grand.
A lot of scope with only 10 year warranty for 6000.00. So if I divided 6000 by 10 it will cost 600 a year to own because what will it be worth in 10 years when warranty runs out. A lot of scopes have a life time warranty which helps keep the value up. Seems like March doesnt believe in their product much.
Not true. Zeiss and Kahles scopes and they have limited warranties too but nobody would claim that they make unreliable scopes. Different countries have different warranty rules.
How much it price?
About 3500 dollarz
I don't believe it no way possible with a 34 mill tube
400MOA scope doesn't have a conventional tube
400 MOA is 116 mils
It's equal to a "shit ton" in American units
10:1 zoom ratio is too much. But external elevation is tits.
Haha, true dat.
@Moondog2A we all Luke tits
