Temporarily. They realized one day people would figure out they were responsible for both. There wasn’t a gold rush without a shovel, and there wasn’t an atomic bomb without these physicists. Creating the pathway for an action to occur makes you just as guilty as the outcome.

Thanks for the comment , yes Both Oppenheimer and Einstein were aware of the potential dangers and ethical implications of their work on nuclear technology. Einstein, who initially supported the idea of atomic research during World War II, later became an advocate for peace and expressed concern about the destructive power of nuclear weapons.
Oppenheimer, as the scientific director of the Manhattan Project, famously quoted the Bhagavad Gita after witnessing the first successful test of the atomic bomb, saying, "Now I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds." This suggests a profound awareness of the gravity of the situation.

Albert Einstein did not work directly on the Manhattan Project, and thus, he did not resign from it.
Einstein's direct involvement with the development of atomic weapons was limited to a single act: He co-signed a letter in 1939 (often referred to as the "Einstein-Szilárd letter") to President Franklin D. Roosevelt, warning that Nazi Germany might be working on an atomic bomb and suggesting that the U.S. should start its own research. This letter was influential in the U.S. decision to initiate efforts on atomic research, which eventually led to the Manhattan Project.
However, once the project was underway, Einstein had no role in its execution or development, and he was not privy to its details. After the war, he expressed regret about signing the letter and became a proponent of nuclear disarmament.

It was not the UK that started the Opium War against China, but Jardine Matheson & Co., a member of the international financial capital Rothschild. At the end of Japan's Edo period, Admiral Matthew Perry, who came to Japan to open up Japan, was related by marriage to the Rothschild family.Japan's Meiji Restoration was a farce of conflict between the British and French Rothschilds for financial control. They instigated the civil war from behind the scenes, lent weapons and funds to both sides, and controlled the finances by forcing the emperor to take on the burden of debt in order to win.For this purpose, Thomas Glover of Matheson & Co. was dispatched to Nagasaki, Japan.Weapons used during the American Civil War were also used in Japan.Japan's invasion of China and annexation of Korea were also part of Rothschild's strategy to dominate Asia using Japan and to counter Russia. They invested a huge amount of capital and know-how in order to expand Japan overseas, leaving Japan mired in debt and forcing it to undergo rapid modernization. That's why the Sino-Japanese War, the Anglo-Japanese Alliance, and the Russo-Japanese War occurred.Japan had no choice but to comply. The Rothschilds gave Japan a huge amount of money to start the Russo-Japanese War.So Japan won the war, but made little profit and prioritized debt repayment. At that time, it was impossible for Japan, which had limited resources, to rapidly modernize in a short period of time on its own with its financial resources. The essence of World War I was that the British and French Rothschilds attacked Germany and Italy.Because Japan was financially dominated, Japan had to follow suit in Asia as well.Japan defied international financial capital on the way to freedom from being forever deprived of Asia's vast resources and assets.Japan aimed to become an Asian co-prosperity sphere. Therefore, Japan formed an alliance with Germany and Italy.American Jews pressured Japan to go to war.In order to participate in the war, the United States knew about Japan's attack on Pearl Harbor and left it as it was, presenting itself as a victim.Neumann and other Jews developed the atomic bomb from the beginning with the intention of dropping it on Japan. They claimed that they had no intention of dropping the atomic bomb on Japan after the war.Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which has long been full of Korean residents, delayed the declaration of war and made the attack on Pearl Harbor seem like a surprise attack. They leaked various information overseas in advance, including the attack on Pearl Harbor.International financial capital also used the Soviet Union, which they would later destroy, to counterattack Japan. They brainwashed China and Korea into thinking that Japan was a vicious invader and perpetrator.China and Korea have been fabricating history and teaching anti-Japan for many years in order to steal money from Japan. In China, the Chinese financial capital is obstructing the liberation of Asia, covering up a number of malicious sabotages, and still fabricating the story of unimaginable genocide and brutality by the Japanese army. The annexation of Korea was also the intention of international financial capital. It was a stepping stone to the continent.Japan, reluctant to annex Korea because it would increase debt, abolished the corrupt Korean royal palace, democratized Korea, improved the environment, and promoted industry.Korea wanted to become a great power like Japan and repeatedly petitioned Japan for annexation.Korea actively changed its name to Japanese so as not to be ridiculed by Chinese people. After Japan lost the Asian Liberation War, Korea claimed that Korea was a victim of Japan and that Korea was the victor.Korea is still trying to steal money from Japan by making all kinds of fabrications, such as that they were forcibly annexed, that their names were taken away, that they were massacred and raped, and that they were forcibly taken away.In Japan, Korean residents in Japan are fabricating history and trying to brainwash them into thinking that Japan is evil.Japanese traitors and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stole some large amounts of money and gave it to China and Korea in order to hide it overseas.Japanese leaders who aimed to liberate Asia were judged as war criminals and executed.Emperor Showa Hirohito apologized to General MacArthur in order to protect the Japanese people.America still believes the atomic bomb was in retaliation for the attack on Pearl Harbor. The atomic bomb was a retaliation against Japan, which aimed to liberate Asia.Human experiments with different types. The British Prime Minister, who declared a Cold War on behalf of the Rothschilds, authorized the dropping of an atomic bomb on Japan.Chinese people come to Japan and desecrate the Yasukuni Shrine, which is a memorial to the Japanese soldiers who sacrificed their precious lives for the liberation of Asia.Does a country of justice and fairness have a high affinity with the cowardly races of Asia?

Yes, that's correct. By the time the atomic bombs were dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in August 1945, Germany had already surrendered in May 1945. The use of nuclear weapons against Japan was a controversial decision, and there are many different perspectives on the reasons behind it. Some historians argue that the bombs were used to force Japan to surrender quickly and end the war in the Pacific, while others believe that they were used to demonstrate the United States' power and deter future aggression from the Soviet Union. Ultimately, the decision to use nuclear weapons was a complex one with far-reaching consequences

Thanks for the comment, yes The relationship between Rutherford and Oppenheimer is one of student and successor in the broader field of atomic and nuclear physics. While Rutherford laid much of the foundational work in understanding the atom in the early 20th century, Oppenheimer's work and leadership came a few decades later, focusing on the practical and military applications of atomic energy.
To clarify, they did not have a direct personal mentor-student relationship. Rutherford had already passed away by the time Oppenheimer rose to prominence. However, the legacy and findings of Rutherford heavily influenced the subsequent generation of physicists, including Oppenheimer.

    This premise is such bullshit.
Oppenheimer was to the Manhatten Project as Eisenhower was to the Allied effort on the Western front.
Neither Einstein nor Oppenheimer believed a chain reaction was possible.
When Szilard and Fermi created the Chicago Squash court chain reaction, Oppenheimer is supposed to have done equations on the backboard to prove what happened was not possible.
When Szilard drafted the letter to FDR suggesting the potential of a chain reaction, Einstein said, " I didn't think that was possible."
Oppenheimer was needed for political reasons ( yes he was a trained Physicist) but he was needed because it became an American project thanks to the British inability to fund the Bomb and also because Groves thought the brilliant European scientists that staffed the project would be able to work with Oppenheimer.
Oppenheimer did not conceive the possibility of a nuclear ( practical) bomb, nor did he do the early research to prove an exponential reaction wa s possible.
Heisneberg , British scientists split the atom. Leo Szilard believed this made a bomb possible and because he was politically tuned, he got the Belgium Emperor to send their Uranium ( pitchblend) to the US to deny the Nazis
Similarly, Eisenhower wasn't appointed Supreme Allied commander because of his tactical or strategic brilliance or vast military experience. He had none. Every German and Soviet general was more experienced than him, but he was able to mediate the various factions, especially Montgomery, who did not respect him.
There was constant friction between European scientists and Col. Leslie Groves. Oppenheimer was the perfect mediator.
Fermi and Szilard proved the chain reaction was possible, Leslie Groves built the facilities to the scientists' specifications. Oppenheimer took the U235 and the U239 produced and made the metal into a bomb.
Any decent scientist could have made the U235 bomb.
Making Fatman was Oppenheimer's greatest contribution. That was the challenging bomb.
The one the Soviets thought worthy of emulating.
Oppenheimer ?Szilard and 150 other scientists opposed the bomb when they realized the bomb was not needed to defeat Germany and was being made to threaten the USSRs' Unexpected rise to a popular world power and with it the popularity of Communism.

Machine guns killed more humans than nuclear bombs.
Atomic bombs killed around 200,000 in hiroshima and nagasaki..
And nuclear bombs are serving as a deterent against war between great powers(as Alfred Nobel originally intended with his dynamite)
But the machine gun has killed millions in ww1, millions in ww2, and millions in subsequent wars after that, and is still killing more as we type this and will kill more as years go by as long as there are armed conflicts.

So in some ways, the nuclear bombs are a blessing in disguise.

    • @leverage2279
      @leverage2279 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@Xpress4444 ang swords couldn't have killed more than machine guns because there were fewer people in the past. According to stats, after the napoleonic wars, the great super power countries were horrified because the sum of killed during the 20-year period of napoleonic wars were around 2 million. There was nothing like that even if all soldiers killed in any country in the past were combined (because they could not industrialize in past eras, so fewer weapons and equipment could be made, they cannot arm as many soldiers as they could)..
But during napoleonic wars, the western powers were starting to indistrialize. More equipment could be produced and therefore more people could be armed. So when war happens, more will die.
In ww1 and ww2, the insudtrialization were even more advanced, so more and more people.could be armed.
So it is very unlikely that swords killed more than machine guns because fewer soldiers could be armed in ancient times/middle ages, so only fewer soldiers could die.
